Air-con is too noisy
I liked the location and the suite is comfortable and the security guys are kind and helpful
For sure, next time I visit Toronto I wanna stay at WhiteHall Suites again...
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, although everyone has been talking about it. When we arrived from the airport, we took a shuttle to union station, which is totally within walking distance even with luggage. We almost walked everywhere within downtown from then on and the area feels safe. Even walked to the City Airport when we left. The Cafe downstair (Cora's Breakfast & Lunch) was a total winner! Overall, the experience was good, and the apartment looked super fancy and hommy.
The bed sucks. The blanket is already worn out, and the cleaning staff obviously did not spend enough time on it. Also, the smaller bedroom is a little bit too small and a little depressive, with no windows.
Everything we hoped for, great location, clean and spacious appartment
The quite air cndition
Great location, good, parking clean unit and building, handy good kitchen, good balcony, lots of space.
The beds were bad slopes in the middle and could feel the springs. Door handles falling off, blinds falling apart.
Very comfortable unit.
There wasnt enough towels for 4 people. No dish towels There was no staff at front entrance, counter to speak to. Contact only thru phone.
clean, big, convenience, full with cooking tools, very confortable to stay.
the air-condition is so noicy, just as a train aside you, we have to turn it off before we go to bed, otherwise, you will dreamed you are on the old train. hope it could be improved.
- location - safety
- second room is small
Clean, great location. Secure entrance and parking. I would book here again.
Good location, convenient for sightseeing, facilities are comfortable
No cooking pot provided; checking time (4pm) too late
- clean, spacious, comfortable and secure accommodation. - location was great - walking distance to Rogers centre, Front Street and all things downtown
- garbage collection can interfere with sleep. otherwise very quiet - a few seasonings [salt, pepper etc.] in the kitchen would be helpful
Location, location, location. Relatively quiet block, laid back atmosphere. We had a 2-bedroom suite and it had all we needed.
There is no staff to speak of. This is a residential building so there's no check-in/check-out desk per se. Occasionally there's a security guard, otherwise we never saw anyone all week. We did speak with Rama on the phone several times, though, and he was very helpful.
Handy for all things downtown. Good facilities, well furnished and letting staff extremely helpful. Lots of hot water, wifi reliable and lots of storage space provided.
Would have been useful if there was a 24 hour concierge for the building but it wasn't a big problem. The second bedroom only had an internal window so not great for those that want natural light.
Location was primo !
Great location Parking space Spacious lounge Good bathroom Good oven/hobs Owner was helpful when I spoke to him on the phone ................................................................
Tiny second bedroom Not enough cups and glasses for all guests - considering what you're paying this feels a bit cheap. Feels quite dark and enclosed as it is on the ground floor and looks into a concrete courtyard which doesn't get any direct sunlight. Not all of the window blinds, window locks or lights were in working order
It was in a good location for walking
The 2nd bedroom was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. There were not enough towels in the bathroom and there were holes in the wall in the bathroom. It clearly had not been taken care of.
Beds can be more comfortable and sturdy.
Location to all hear of Toronto
Beds---mattress's too soft....
Clean, comfortable and excellent location
Wifi very slow
Good wifi Location relative close to tourist destination It is like you stay in your own condo.
No staff only security of the building.
Everything OK, 100% uncomplicated, clean, nice, down town, everything there, from the garage to the dryer
Location Value for money
not clean ants infestation no natural sunlight very noisy appliances poor shower
