Before arriving to toronto it was impossible to contact the staff who manage the reservations. We had to modify the reservation name and tried to contact the staff. Booking tried to contact them too, but they never replied to any phone call or e-mail. Luckly, when we arrived, the in-place staff was very kind and solved our reservation problem.
Before we arrived our reservation was moved from the original building (the one we saw the pictures) to another one, without asking us anything and claiming we were upgraded to a superior-suite. In the end it was clearly not, since the picture of the original apartment were better.
We booked a two bedroom apartment. But in the apartment we got the second bedroom had no windows and was so small that it can hardly contain just the bed. My friends had to store their laguage in the kitchen.
Finally, we were four guests, but we got only one key. It was not possible to have a second copy of the key and it was difficult to manage it, since all of us had different plans during the stay.
The location was convenient for out purpose.
The apartment was really quiet and well cleaned.
The main services were perfect: wifi, cofee machine, water pressure, etc...
It is perfect for long or short stay, keeping in mind that it had only one real bedroom.
