This Central Toronto hotel provides a daily hot breakfast. A European-inspired spa, 3 restaurants and free Wi-Fi are included. Royal Ontario Museum and Yorkville Avenue shopping are 5 minutes’ walk away. A flat-screen cable TV, minibar and sofa bed are standard in every modern suite at the Windsor Arms Hotel. Great location, had stayed there before, very nice rooms, staff is very customer oriented Very bad experience in the restaurant for dinner, food was of poor quality, not cooked or not well cooked, bad experience with room service for b'fast & dinner, did not get what we asked for, the toasts were toasted on 1 side only, no butter, the bill was wrong etc.. disappointing for a hotel of that class...

The location is excellent. The service too. The rooms and suites are very comfortable. The breakfast is the only disappointing thing. It is far too basic for a hotel of this level and never changes.

Cet hôtel se situe dans ce que l'on pourrait appeler la "5ème avenue" de Toronto, Il n'y a pas mieux situé pour le shopping de luxe! Le personnel de la réception et de la conciergerie. En résumé: très bonne situation, personnel attentif mais faisant avec ce qu'ils peuvent! Le contenu du buffet du petit déjeuner était simplement ridicule! La serrure du mini bar défectueuse et non réparée malgré nos réclamations. Le manque d'une bouteille d'eau au coucher. Les bruits engendrés par la dilatation des matériaux (la nuit est un véritable concerto). La personne qui nous a monté nos bagages et montré notre chambre...un désastre pour un 5 étoiles (c'est la première fois de ma vie que l'on m'invite à trouver dans mes affaires un objet qui pourrait m'aider à ouvrir le mini-bar)

Die Zimmerausstattung war ausgezeichnet. Die Bettenqualität ist hervorragend und auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist sehr einseitig. Es gibt jeden Tag das Gleiche (Eier, Speck, Würste, Sojaeier, Pains au chocolat, Croissants, Joghurt, Toast, Marmelade und Früchte). Abwechslung kostet sofort Aufschlag und man muss von der Karte bestellen. Aber was echt nervt ist, dass an allen Tagen immer nur eine CD von "Shade" läuft. Nach vier Tagen konnten wir die Texte schon mitsingen. Und beim Abendessen läuft diese CD doch tatsächlich auch!

Prachtig rustig kleinschalig hotel midden in de stad. Alles goed aan te lopen. Metro in de buurt. Kamers groot en netjes. Vriendelijk personeel.Kortom goed hotel om te verblijven. Ontbijt is wat sober.

Location is great, room price is a bit high, staff is polite, bathroom floor needed cleaning. The remainder of the room was clean with the exception of the bathroom floor near the sink. Just felt the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned properly. Taxi waited for our luggage to arrive, even though they had advanced notice to pick up luggage.

Hôtel confortable et très bien située.personnel à la réception souriant et chaleureux. Restaurant vraiment décevant.On s'attend à beaucoup plus dans un hôtel de ce genre.la nourriture très ordinaire est loin d'être à la hauteur de la carte des vins très élaborées et très dispendieuses.Il y a sûrement de très bons restaurants à proximité et nous regrettons de ne pas s'être informés.

The comfort of the suites, the friendlies and politeness of the staff. The extra touches with cookies left in our room. The restuarant quality and selection that invited one to stay and eat there rather than go out and it was well worth it. The drafts from the windows, thank goodness the curtains were thick. The carpet in our suite looked tired, the dining tables state after the table cloths were removed and replaced for the next set up were very poor.
