Staff friendliness and helpfulness was oustanding. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were well appointed. Housekeeping was excellent.

Good size of room, like free Internet, nice breakfast included. Children thought pool was small but not a big deal.

Everything except for the bathroom! Would never book a room on line again - did not like having a disabled persons bathroom - reminded me of looking after a family member 5 years ago.

Bed was very comfortable, good quality linen. Felt let down by the breakfast, plastic knives and forks, styrophone plates, cups - understand it is an "Express" hotel but could still have proper plates and cutlery. Food was fine and good selection. Would stay again though.

The front desk staff were an absolute pleasure any time day or night. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was wonderfully fun with the great waterslide, however because the landing area of the waterslide needs to be fairly large, the usable part of the pool was very small. Also, and I had seen this in previous reviews, the coffee maker in the room makes coffee with an oily layer on top. I don't know if it's from the coffee or the maker, but I know it wasn't going to be consumed.

Cet établissement est très propre. Le français n'est pas du tout présent, mais ils ont fait beaucoup d'efforts pour nous donner le service voulu. Merci beaucoup, nous allons y retourner. Service internet Wi-Fi lent.

The room was very clean , Hallway was messy, food crumbs, ice buckets on the floor.Kids running up and down the hall , slamming doors. The breakfast room with carpet flooring was full of food under some tables , the same kids no doubt. The pancake machine was down, eggs cold, table we sat could have used a wipe down. Suggestion ? Have kitchen staff monitor the dinning room, a roller sweeper and cold cloth could have solved problems.
