Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls    

The rooms were clean and huge. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Located close to attractions and easy to find.

water pressure in showers was weak. Bathrooms could be just a little bigger.

Staff were ridiculous, always complaining about noise and creepy, stalking my room every second, everytime I stepped out of my room there's a staff there watching me, some creepy stuff, never coming back again

The bed was super comfortable!

The noise from the elevator sounded like a plumber's snake! The noise from the outside hallway was very loud in the room.

I was given a handy cap accessible room no bath tab I didn't like it. A lots of kids running around in the hall ways at night it was so noisy.

Stayed at other hotels and they had free shuttle passes for guests not here though dissapointed at that.

I booked the Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls because it had great reviews from previous guests and true enough, it was a wonderful hotel..It was new and clean and my room was so huge and comfy my partner and I wanted to spend most of our time enjoying it rather than go check out the Falls! The lobby was one the cutest I have come across and the reception staff were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was also conveniently located very near to the Fallsview Casino and a Tims Hortons .. Planning to go back and spend more time at the Falls this spring or summer and will naturally book the Wyndham Garden again..

this was my second time staying at this hotel. the staff is friendly and helpful. the beds are amazing, and the overall decor is nice.

-Good price -clean -comfortable -nice decor -staff at perkins was great and veru accomodating

-Having to wait an extra 1 1/2 hrs before I could check in - was told I could check in at 3 but room wasn't ready til after 4 - small pool and very little seating -no blackberry charger available -had to pay an extra $12 for parking -didn't think staff were that accomodating especially since I was travelling with a small child (late check-in)

I liked the layout of the room and newness of everything and the proximity to the falls.

The noise!! You could hear everything from the hall and other rooms .

Website shows TOTAL PRICE when it should say Taxes not included. Website also does not state that there is a Parking Fee. I was very surprised additional charges upon arriving....and would've probably choosen to go elsewhere had I known.

Everything is new and fresh.The beds were extremely comfortable. We ate at "Perkins" and it was great.

Upon arrival we were told "no noise" or you will be evicted and charged $400.00...not very welcoming. The hotel also has a $50.00 deposit. The walls are thin.
