Clean, affordable, with convenient access to the major hotels (Sheraton Centre, etc.) which were suggested for a major convention I attended. The difference was that those major hotel rooms cost 160 a night, as opposed to the 65 I spent at Hotel Y Hotel room: Placement of one of the beds made opening and closing the bathroom door awkward.Placement of electric outlets was inconvenient and multiple cords were visible leading to the outlets. |

Location and Cleanliness The front desk was not very hotel like. The employees did not seem to be trained in hospitality, Not rude, but not pleasant and accomodating. I assume it's because they are more affiliated with the other operations within the YWCA |

Relatively cheap, very clean, very comfortable room. Comfortable and safe. Helpful staff. No WiFi in bedrooms. Dial up did not work with my laptop. Excellent for downtown though a 20 minute, and in October bleak and windy, walk to the old town. |

It was very close to the Bell Center, but that was about all that I enjoyed about it. The staff was incredibly rude. |

Everything was perfect! Simply one of the best budget-hotel I ever been in, and I travel a lot. The bathrooms were amazingly clean, the room very nice and practical, the bed was really comfortable. Staff very nice. Good location. The hotel was extremely quiet. I would come back anytime. |

The hotel is comfortable, good value, and centrally located. We appreciated the (shared) kitchen which allows one to prepare meals. |

Very good location. Very nice staff helped us keeping our valuables in a safe place. Wired Internet in rooms. Very low water pressure in shower. Very poor quality toilet paper. Need to ask the front desk for shampoo. I would like to pay 5$ to not have to deal with little issues like these. |

The hotel is well situated. The room was nice, a good size with a clean bathroom. It was calm. Some equippement was not exactly in good shape. The was a door knob missing on the bathroom door and the shower was dripping. With the bathroom door closed we couldn't hear it. |

Great location. In the men's toilet, the commode is not designed for the physically challenged (too small). |

The facility was clean, comfortable and equipt with the basics for a one night stay. The staff was delightful, helpful, professional and informative. I love that the Hotel funds charitable work for the Women's YMCA in Montreal. It was perfectly fine for my husband and I and we really appreciated the price and location as we were attending an event at the Bell Centre and could walk there easily. |
