Location perfect. Clean, spacious, safe environment close to train station and walking distance to most places of interest. Onsite café/restaurant with good food and attentive staff. Good value for money. Being ignored on arrival. Struggling up steps to reception with my case and 3 receptionists chatting in French and ignoring my presence as I waited patiently! However they were quite friendly later. This is Montreal after all and I had been warned about possible language problems. If you are visiting Montreal and don't speak French, be warned!

If you don't mind that you have a shared bathroom this is a very nice hotel. They clean your room everyday, there is airconditioning, fast Wifi and there is a shared kitchen which is a major asset when you have a tight budget! The location is near McGill university and the entrance to Mont Royal. Many subway stations within reach. Would definitely recommend this one.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Price can't be beat. Air conditioning was not working the first night but fixed by the second. Also, they do not have their own parking and the across the street overcharged me - 4 days @ $25 a day for less than 72 hours. If you drive do some research about the parking.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and had all I needed. The common kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. It was very conveniently located for metro, shopping and my work. Only very minor suggestions. Leave the used soap so that it can be re- used, otherwise leave new ones. This was not a problem in my 2nd room on the 6th floor. It might be helpful to provide a map to food stores. If that is all that I can say that is negative, that's pretty good!!

I stayed there with my daughter during March break, to explore McGill University campus and the city if Montreal in general - and we liked EVERYTHING in the hotel! Clean, comfortable, conveniently located and a great value overall for such a good price!

Very convenient location. Great price. A bit loud. Not quite the 3* experience. Some of the hotel rooms are on the YWCA floor. Parking is at least 20 CAD per 24 hours.

I was travelling with my 21 month old and it was so nice to have a kitchen and laundry facilities that we could use in addition to a mini fridge in our room. The room was perfect for our needs, the staff was very friendly and the location was so close to everything. Nothing! It was great :)
