the maintenance with regard to the window air-conditioner could only be described as a pathetic atempt at fixing it. i had to stuff towels and kleenex around the holes so i could sleep at night knowing insects could not come in.

It was a scary place..the clients were drunk! When I arrived the rcmp were there, and the front desk big bouncer was dealing in the front foyer(blood over the dirty carpet) with a bleeding woman who had just been beaten upby her man..i arrived too late to go to another hotel so had to stay 1 night...my room was hot cooled sightly when th noisy airconditioner was started. I was in a smokey non smoking room..the towels were grey..I Slept about 6 hours ..got up and found another hotel where I had my shower and rested after my long nite..dont rcommend this hotel!!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and comfortable.

No elevator (room on 3rd floor). Early morning noise outside window.

Just location

No elevator! No helping even though we had lots of bags and luggage! There were a lot of hair in a bathtub and dirt in a sink, too Bad condition towels! bathtub, sink, wall, blanket! Bad air in a room! Dirty,dirty,dirty everythings are dirty!!!! You should brtter find other place!!!

夜中に帰って来た時、呼び鈴が壊れていたらしく、外に閉めだされた時はどうしようかと思いました。。。裏口- があったことを思い出し、裏口の呼び鈴を鳴らしたらすぐに出てきて事なきを得ましたが、どうしようかと思い- ました。。。

The room had a unusual odor the sheets were stained the mattress was old and misshapen. the tv was horable and the internet was slow.I had to stay there until I found a clean room somewhere else thats why I checked out early. verry poor service from front desk nightmen he was rude and did not help with anything the daytime saff was good. The food was good and very friendly staff there. One of the most unpleasant hotel stays in my life.

Expensive in terms of facilities/room. No refrigerator.

It was not clean. The bed was not made. Unkind staff. Too expensive for nothing.

-Friendly staff. Ended up having to spend an extra night, the manager gave me the discounted rate from the previous night :) -Hair dryer in the bathroom

-Had moldy drop ceiling in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, mold in the mini-fridge. -Very long black hair(mine is blonde) on the side of the tub, on the bathroom floor, in the coffee cups. -Location is very sketchy (across the street from the Salvation Army) -There was a $5.00/24 hr fee for wifi. Did not pay, should be included in the room price. -$20.00 deposit needed to activate the phone. -The Chinese restaurant downstairs had very poor service. The waiter was very rude and we ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for the food to arrive. Had to drive across the city to get decent meals.
