I got a room on the fourth floor which was quiet, nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and efficient. |

the location of the hotel right at the train station is very good. when we arrived the room was not made, we were sent to a dirty room. The lift didn't work too well |

clean , close to my business and therefor convenient , good value for money . I ordered the buisness room and for my point of view it was smaller then the regular room i stayed last time ( specially the bathroom ) .the parking is common the city therefor need to pay ... |

Very conveniently located next to the railway station. The hotel is self sufficient in terms of having a restaurant. Roomas are reasonably large and comfortable. There was construction work being done just outside the hotel resulting in lot of noise during the day. I guess not the hotel's fault, nevertheless, it was disturbing. |

Location to station, Bacon for breakfast Dont stay here if you want a lie in. Monday - Friday there is major works taking place outside the hotel in rebuilding the railway station and banging and crashing starts promptly at 07.30. It is also a pure non smoking hotel. If you want a better Swiss Quality Hotel stay in Olten 10 minutes away by train. |

Erstklassiges Hotel an bester Lage mit exzellentem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Störender Duft von frischem Zigarrettenrauch im Zimmer (Samstag-Nacht, v.a. zwischen Mitternacht und 4 Uhr morgens; bin bisher noch nie in einem Hotel von frischem Zigarrettenrauch geweckt worden), trotz nächtlichem Zimmerwechsel (und allesamt Nichtraucherzimmern). Bin überzeugt, dass irrtümlicherweise irgendwo Abluft in die Lüftung eingeblasen wird, und am ehesten das im Keller liegende Dancing die Quelle des Qualms ist. Leider hat nicht einmal das Öffnen des Fensters etwas genützt, da der Luftdurchsatz der Lüftung zu gross war. Tipp an die Hotelleitung: Entweder Lüftungstechniker beiziehen (Garantiefall?), oder auf das Rauchverbot ab mitte nächstem Jahr warten, dann fällt der Lüftungs-Lapsus wenigstens nicht mehr auf. |

è una buona struttura, abbastanza confortevole e situato in ottima posizione e che potrebbe sicuramente migliorare. la scarsa professionalità del personale del ricevimento, soprattutto notturno e la mancanza di una convenzione con il garage pubblico che rende il costo del parcheggio veramente proibitivo |
