The excellent location - easy walk to the town, transportation to anywhere extremely close by (very short walk to train and bus stations) and lots of stores around the hotel.

The location is excellent. I was, frankly, disappointed by my stay. The staff failed to find the booking.com booking I had made. They were unhelpful and rude. The wi-fi is not free. The breakfast is poor and the coffee is terrible.

The Hotel is is perfectly situated in town. It is at the train station and only blocks away from the old town. It is convenient to shopping and has easy access to the autoroute. Our room was spacious and extremely functional. Almost all hotel chains in the US offer free WIFI. The high cost at the Aarauerhof would seem to preclude using the hotel for business purposes. Parking was a bit confusing. We followed signs that said Aarauerhof, but apparrently that was for deliveries. The receptionist told me to go down to the second level, but I could not gain entry. After a second consult with the receptionist, I was directed down to the bahnhof parking. I sure some of my confusion was based on my limited German language skills, but I was pretty frustrated.

nothing staff, the girl that works at the reception is the most unpleasant pearson in my life.I would not recomended this hotel to anybody.Breakfast is uneatible.

The hotel is simple but effective, staff were very helpful. Location is good, at the main Aarau train station. At this time there was civil works right outside, but this was not noisy or disruptive

Convenient location right next to the train station, no need to rent a car. Ideal room for short stays. The internet fee is rather expensive even when compared to hotels in like place such as NYC or Hong Kong.

Nähe beim Bahnhof, guter Empfang, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, einfache Buchung, und Umbuchungsmöglichkeit eigetlich nichts; aufgefallen ist mit negativ beim Zahlen mit der Creditcard, dass "Trinkgeld?" erschienen ist. Ich brauche keine Aufforderung, wenn ich ein Trinkgeld geben will.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die geschlossenen Fenster haben mich gestört. Ein kleiner Wasserkocher mit einem Tee oder Kaffee wäre sehr angenehm.

Ich habe bemerkt, dass die Toilette nicht richtig geputzt war. Ich denke, dass da einfach so kurz mit dem Lappen darüber gewischt wurde. Durch den Lichteinfall sind mir die streifen aufgefallen. Das kritisiere ich, denn ich bin der Meinung, das Sauberkeit das A und O ist von einem Hotel.
