Good facilities in the room mean you can prepare meals which can save you some money as Basel can be expensive. Great location very close to a tram stop means it is easy to get around. |

The staff were great, prompt and efficient service. The apartment was well designed and appointed. There was everything we needed for our stay and the decoration was lovely. |

Room and facilities are great; I never use the kitchen but it is there! Room smelt badly of smoking (but the staff immediately gave me a different room so they did their best; but the second room was a lot smaller than ,the first, so I felt disapoointed. NB: I do not recall being able to specify non-smoking on Booking.com, maybe I missed something. |

Excellent facilites at the site, with short walk into Gross Basel or to public transportation. The staff were friendly but professional and quite helpful to us. The cost of the self-service laundry facilities at the hotel was extreme, based on our previous European trips. The breakfast tariff was high also although we did not participate. |

new hotel/apartment. large and comfortable. location very close to congress centrum. no cleaning during stay as it is an apartment. sofa bed in living room for 3rd and 4th person is not comfortable I think, especially with 4!. not of this time I think. |

Well located, yet remained peaceful & quiet. Form and function. Every piece of furniture is well designed and has a purpose. Desk rolls out into a table. Extra chairs. etc... A specific staff member was not diligent. |

L'automnomie d'un appart hôtel situé en ville, mais dans une ruelle calme, et la qualité des équipements à disposition (hôtel très récent). La ventilation, qui en plein hiver, donne un sentiment de froid permanent dans la pièce. Réglable - mais ai personnellement peu apprécié. Aucun service de chambre pour une location de moins de une semaine. |

lage,zimmer wir haben ein 4 bett zimmer gebucht und als wir kammen waren es 2 bett mit sofa. also fragten wir ob sie uns das sofa als bett machen würden aber als wir müde und sehr spät heimkamen,war nichts gemacht und einfach war es nicht.wir waren sehr entäuscht. |
