Room and facilities are great; I never use the kitchen but it is there! Room smelt badly of smoking (but the staff immediately gave me a different room so they did their best; but the second room was a lot smaller than ,the first, so I felt disapoointed. NB: I do not recall being able to specify non-smoking on Booking.com, maybe I missed something. |

Excellent facilites at the site, with short walk into Gross Basel or to public transportation. The staff were friendly but professional and quite helpful to us. The cost of the self-service laundry facilities at the hotel was extreme, based on our previous European trips. The breakfast tariff was high also although we did not participate. |

Excellent location close to shops both food and retail as well as transportation. Well designed and comfortable. Loved it! The price charged for laundry machines but glad to have them available |

new hotel/apartment. large and comfortable. location very close to congress centrum. no cleaning during stay as it is an apartment. sofa bed in living room for 3rd and 4th person is not comfortable I think, especially with 4!. not of this time I think. |

Central, close to the Basel Messe, quality of some thinks, organization (the apart has got a kitchen with all tools) The bed was not comfortable and the television was not correctly settled up (images not well defined), in any case it's for long stay |

Great location and kitchen was fully equipped. Garbage room was always smelly!! When we walked down the hallway we could always smell the garbage. |

Well located, yet remained peaceful & quiet. Form and function. Every piece of furniture is well designed and has a purpose. Desk rolls out into a table. Extra chairs. etc... A specific staff member was not diligent. |

The staff on the front desk were really helpful and very friendly. Really made a difference seeing someone who smiles and is happy to help. The room was well equipped and had just what I needed for my stay. |

Although our studio was a bit small, its space was employed very efficiently. The up-to-date kitchenette equipment was a pleasure to use. The staff with whom we dealt were very helpful and unfailingly pleasant. The hotel is well located for those interested in exploring Basel on foot or by tram. It is also a short walk from a major shopping area. |

Design and practical layout of the appartment was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, especially since one of us has back problems. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. |

Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central) location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage at arrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette was well equipped. There was no dvd player in the room, this is just rather a comment. I think this could be a good small added value for families with kids who are visiting Basel as tourists. |
