I could not have gotten a better hotel for the price. I even showed it to my friends from Zurich who thought it was an excellent hotel that would gladly recommend to their friends and business visitors in the future. |

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room. Hotel was very comfortable and its central location is ideal for visiting all the main attractions and for shopping. There are many bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. |

The location of the hotel was a plus. Close to the train station and the lake. The hotel had very thin walls and was located by a noisy square. Bring earplugs if you want a quiet night's sleep. The person that checked me in, announced my room number. This is not a good policy especially for single women. That made me feel uncomfortable. |

Location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities Room not very sound proof from other rooms. But seems more common in Europe. Plus I'm a very light sleeper. Would still be happy to stay there again. |

Convenience to shopping and restaurants as well as cultural activities. Even though courtyard was noisy, when windows were closed it was quiet. Lack of air conditioning |

Room more than adequate, helpful staff, immaculately clean. Excellent central location (though this meant that nights were noisy, and the windows had to be kept closed) |

Clean room. Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very noisy (overlooks the main thoroughfare). Room prices are very expensive compared to comparable European cities. The Adler would be classified as a budget hotel in most places although the cost is closer to 5-star. That is probably more a reflection of Zurich than the hotel. The "Junior Suite" is not really a suite at all - it is a sightly larger room that a double room but is still very small. Calling it a "Suite" is a bit misleading. |

The location is very good, with easy access to shopping, pubs, restaurants and transport. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, with tasteful decor and handy seating areas. Noise was easily transmitted through the ceiling from the floor of the room above. |
