The carpark was under construction......very noisy!!! The decor was very dated, but it was clean

A modern hotel. Comfortable rooms

Very noisy early in the morning . You could hear the people are leaving . In the day off early start cleaning of the rooms which are free ,it prevents the rest

The fact that such a high price is charged for using the internet !I would not have booked the hotel had I known it !

Convenience to station in Lausanne

Construction work at hotel so not pleasant ambience. Room small even though superior. Was on 2nd floor not higher floors as booking.com promises.

It is a nice hotel in modern style. The look is simple, but looks nice.

During our stay there was a construction in the hotel. Neither booking.com nor the hotel did not mention it. It decreases our impression from the hotel. No parking.

The location was quite good; calm neighborhood, close to central train station, nice cafe 50 m from the place. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Free parking and free bus and trains in central Cph.

The hotel was a building site. They were working on the bottom part of the hotel and with the parking in the basement and quite quite heavily. I was given a discount to the nearest parking and free was a small compensation for the inconvnience l due to.

Decent location between the city centre and the lake

The carpet was old and dirty, the hotel entrance is blocked by a crane, rooms are small and the two single beds roll independently, so they split apartin the middle of the night. The location is pretty good, but it should be classified as a 2 star hotel

There was a construction maintanance at the hotel (which is at the hotel car park). And there's noise everyday at 9 am.

Good staff, close to the center, yet quiet. Cheap.

A little bit old-fashioned, and a renovation is long due.

Mattress in my single room was very comfortable. The maid was very accommodating and seemed always to find times to clean my room which were very convenient. I loved the way my window opened. The breakfast choices were lovely! The location was ideal. This is not important, but I got a big kick out of your elevator numbering! -- it went from floors 1, 2 and 3 straight to 7, without any 4, 5 or 6!

Hotel staff was nice but sometimes their accent in English was so heavy I could not understand them, even when I asked them to speak more slowly. I did not understand, for example, why 3 of my room nigh fees were so much more than the others. The comforter on my bed was really hot for summertime.

Super friendly staff at the front desk!
