A very pleasant stay with the family and a warm welcome upon arrival. Beautiful view from the terrace over the Lake area and surrounding mountains. A comfortable appartment and spacious enough for 2 adults and two small children.

We recently returned from our amazing stay at Agriturismo Azienda Viti- Vinicola Hostettler. I can't thank them enough for there hospitality :) Thank you Joele and Massimo!!! Apartment was in perfect condition and we couldn't have asked for it to have anything else. Fully equipped kitchen, hot tub(music player) bedrooms(linens) and bathroom(towels/soaps) not to mention board games, i pod player, movies and tv/dvd player. Now onto the breakfast. WOW! It was delicious and very big. Included fresh bread that they personally make you that morning, eggs, cheese, jams, cereals etc. The table was filled with food. Well worth the cost. We have a 2 yr old who is a very picky eater so they prepared her scrambled eggs the way she likes them. Also, while we ate they basically took care of my 2 yr old. Colored with her, played cartoons for her on TV etc. We got snowed in the day that we checked out and because our car had no snow tires they personally plowed the drive way and took us in there car to town to see about getting chains for our tires. They even took us to the bank! By the time we left we really felt like they were family :) This hotel is beyond amazing and we look forward to vacationing here this summer to have some more delicious vino and grappa!

We are totally satisfied with the stay. The owner, Max, hotsted us very well and served tasty breakfast and dinner including the self made dishes. The room is clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel is super including the view of Monte Rosa. Hopefully we come back to this hotel in summer.

It is hard to describe, one must really go there to have this wonderful experience. First of all, we never knew that Switzerland was a tropical country, until we stayed in Massimo Hostettler's house. There were banana trees, kiwi trees with ripe fruit, exotic flowers, palm trees, all growing naturally in the garden, without special care. Then there were the vineyard with delicious black grapes, the wine cellar, the outdoor pizza oven. Add a breathtaking view of the Lago Maggiore and a clean, cozy apartment with private terrace. And then, there were the people: Massimo and Joelle treated us like family, they invited us for coffee and we chatted for hours, literally. Massimo made his yummy foccacia for breakfast and we ate together on their terrace. Our 3 years old child was having a great time chasing cats and bugs in the garden and felt so good that he gave Joelle a big kiss before we took off. Will definitelly book again! None.

Absolutely amazing hospitality from Max, Joele and Roy. Made us feel really welcom, went out of their way to make us comfortable. Even got treated to Max's own special sparkling cocktail! Great location, lovely wineyards, enjoyed some nice walks around the area also. Well stocked kitchen, nice sitting area outside the apartment. Absolutely delightful experience

Die Wohnung liegt in wunderbarer Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, sympatisch und gastfreundlich. Beim Frühstück wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Die Kinder mit Pfannkuchen verwöhnt. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und gehen gerne wieder dort hin.

Acceuil des propriétaires impeccable et chaleureux avec un verre de bienvenue, très apprécié après une longue route. Joelle et Massimo sont très disponible pour leurs hôtes et l'appartement mis à disposition est très bien agencé et le jaccuzi est excelent. Nous y retournerons car nous avons vraiement eu le feeling avec les maitres de lieu, ce sont un couple avec un grand coeur et d'une grande gentilesse. Merci beaucoup à eux pour ce week-end formidable et à bientôt. Didier, Fabienne, Léa et? :-)

Красивое место, современная и уютная отделка, великолепные виды, солнечный склон, чисто, гостеприимный, но ненавязчивый хозяин. На самой границе Швейцарии и Италии. У хозяина можно преобрести местное (произведенное там же) вино и граппу. Спасибо. Beautiful place, modern and cosy appartments, stunning views, sunny hillside, clean, hospitable and polite landlord. The house is situated just by Swiss and Italian border. We bought good locally produced wine and grappa from the landlord. Thank you.

zeer mooie ligging (niet goed te zien op de foto's,) tussen de wijnvelden, mooie uitzichten hele dag zon, zeer gastvrije eigenaar, mooie wijnen, Zwitserse "reinheid" maar italiaanse sfeer, dichtbij italie voor een goed ( en niet duur t.o.v. zwitserland) boodschappen aanbod. Voor de kids basketbal,tafeltennis, hot tub, mooie wandelingen in de buurt te maken.wifi!

El que hem valorat més és l'hospitalitat dels propietaris, gent que treballa la vinya i que acull hostes per complementar el negoci familiar. Idiomes: molt fàcil la comunicació en italià (també parlen francès i alemany). Prop de la frontera italiana, on els preus són molt més assequibles.

Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Appartements bei schönem Wetter atemberaubend (Sicht auf dem Lago Maggiore) und man erreicht problemlos mit dem Auto Lugano oder Locarno. Achtung das Navi gibt die Route falsch an. Am besten erreicht man Monteggio wenn man vor dem überqueren des Zolls Fornasseta rechts hinauffährt. Das Interrieur ist zweckmässig und auf dem neuestens Stand (Renovation vor 2 Jahren). Der Wirlpool empfehlenswert und kann sehr romantisch sein. Wir empfehlen dieses Appertement den Familien, aber sollten ein Auto besitzen! Sicher buchen wir wieder das Appartement bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt im Tessin.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, qui sont vignerons et proposent des dégustations de vins et de mets locaux. L'appartement, situé dans un domaine viticole au sein de la propriété familiale, est agréable, confortable et se situe sur les hauteurs du Lac Majeur.Il possède une terrasse d'où on peut observer un joli panorama. Dans une pièce attenante se trouve un jacuzzi, fort apprécié après une journée de visites! Enfin, l'Italie est à deux pas et il y a de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions dans les environs (Lac Majeur, Lac de Lugano, Lac de Côme, Alpes, Locarno, Ascona, ...). Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement!

Wyjątkowe miejsce. Kapitalna lokalizacja, świetne widoki. Rodzinne gospodarstwo i winnica. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele. Apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony (szczególnie kuchnia). Jacuzzi :) Polecam!

L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. C'est un endroit paisible et relaxant. Les propriétaires Massimo et Joëlle sont très disponibles. Ils nous ont proposé de magnifiques balades et excursions à faire dans la région et le petit déjeuner était parfait. L'appartement est propre et bien aménagé. Nous reviendrons.

Bjzonder vriednelijk ontvangst in een mooie omgeving. Het uitzicht is adembenemend vanaf het terras. Goede uitvalsbasis voor zowel de Italiaanse als Zwitsere Riveria. Het appartement is basic, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke activiteiten rondom het huis.

The 300 words provided by booking.com are not ehough for the "pluses" of this location and the family we stayed at. Nice appartament in a top world peisage location. Super-friendly family. Super breakfast. Superb view. Great jacuzzi. Etc etc etc etc etc We had a 3 night stay at the azienda, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 10). Personal car is a must (its located uphill, in the middle of wineyards) with a 10 minute drive to Italy or Lugano. We are recommending this location for everyone !!!
