Staff were excelling in their friendliness and courtesy towards us and, as observed, towards other guests. The decor of rooms and bar/restaurants was one of the ugliest I have seen for a long time, just bad design and interior decoration. |

Very quiet and very comfortable accommodations and bed for catching up on sleep after an overnight flight. Close to airport. Excellent value. Would return and recommend to others. |

Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Easy and safe parking under hotel. Multiple breakfast options. Bus connection with city excellent and for free. |

Their slogan is "the best airport hotel in the world" and it certainly is the best, and most friendly hotel that I've ever stayed in. The staff are very well trained and helpfull, the courtesy car was an added bonus. |

Great desk staff and different decor. Both make this hotel stand out. Only...one other, very arrogant and annoying, guest, who was being handled very well by your staff. By the way, your question on guest reviews should have a "Did not read" answer. I have no time to do so... |

Everything was perfect! The room was extremely clean, spacious, with WIFI, flat screen TV and room service available. All bathroom essentials were provided - shampoo, shower gel, aromatherapy bath salts, soaps, bathrobe and sleepers. The room was very peaceful. Fantastic! |

It is very close to the city. Neat and clean hotel. Underground Parking available and accessible from inside the hotel. They do not read the extra comments you make on your reservation from booking.com. I wrote "extra bed for the child", but when we arrived they told me they did not know that we were 3 people. That was solved by changing the room, but it could have been a problem. |

The room was comfortable and the service was courteous and professional. The bar was also excellent. When I rang to confirm the booking and to enquire about getting to the hotel from the airport I was told that if I called on arrival a vehicle would be sent to pick me up. When I called on arrival, I was told to catch the bus!! |

Offer of complimentary bus pass and very surprisingly, coffee or juice on arrival. Bizarre decor and layout of the reception/bar/restaurant creates a vaguely seedy atmosphere, especially for a single business woman. Complimentery breakfast is a completely inedible industrial cardboard croissant. |

We were provided with travel tickets for the city and the airport bus was excellent Sorry but the pillow was much too soft this meant we had a very uncomfy night there was |

Easy access from Airport, less than 5 minutes, excellent room quality with super fast internet connection. High quality gym, great ffod from Casino resteraunt next door. Will stay again, no question. |

All the staff spoke many languages, they all knew about their own job & the functions & wherabouts of others.It is by far the friendliest airport hotel I have ever stayed in No tea making facillity in the room. |
