The location is perfect for aviation in Belp. I was dissapointed when I shortened the stay in superior room from 7 days to 5 days. The reason to leave the hotel 2 days ahead of time was not our's. I had to pay 6 days although I stayed only 5 days. |

Posizione strategica aeroporto/città di Berna. Ottima insonorizzazione della mia camera, spaziosa e pulita. Accoglienza e assistenza cordiale da parte dello staff. Ottima e varia la prima colazione. Buon ristorante dell'hotel ma tariffe piuttosto alte. |

Die elektronische Schlüßelübergabe! Ja der permanete Gestank, roch immer muffig. Vor allem dass kein WC im Zimmer und sogar auch noch nichts mal im gleichen Flur. Musste man nachts mit Pujama aus dem Zimmer und Flur raus um WC zu erreichen. |

Ik ben daar een nacht blijven logeren omdat ik 's morgens om 7u een vliegtuig terug naar huis moest nemen. Ik heb dit hotel slechts voor deze reden gekozen.Louter voor de locatie. geen toilet in de kamer! |

Wir wurden äusserst freundlich begrüsst, auch im Restaurant setzte sich die Freundlichkeit durch. Nachdem ein "faupax" passiert war - wir warteten runde 3/4 Stunden auf das Essen - fand es die Chef de Service nicht für nötig, sich bei uns zu melden. Die Servicefachfrau, die vorher noch nie an unserem Tisch war, musste uns dies mitteilen. Schade, dies warf ein schlechtes Image auf das sonst freundliche Team. Dass ein Essen dann den Eindruck machte lange an der Wärmelampe gestanden zu haben, war nicht so schlimm, aber von einer Chef de Service erwartet man etwas mehr Fairness! Trotzdem werden wir wieder kommen! |

Die Umgebung war sehr schön und trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Kaum Auswahl und jeden morgen das Gleiche. |

Durchweg freundliches Personal, sauberes - preiswertestes Zimmer das ich finden konnte (jedoch saubere Dusche/ etwas weit entferntes WC im Flur), Vorsicht - Die nächtliche Parkgebühr für das Auto macht (offiziell) fast den halben Zimmerpreis aus....ca. 1Fr die Stunde... Dieses sollte jemand beachten, wenn er ein günstiges Zimmer sucht. Der vom Internet gefundene (kürzeste) Weg über Kehrsatz nach Bern ist beim Flughafen sehr holprig/wellig und schwer zu finden (fehlende Beschilderung). |
