Very efficient and convenient. Pleasant neighborhood. Superb staff. Wonderful Chinese/Thai restaurant nearby. Proximity to transit. Shuttle to airport. Room was very compact--not very roomy.

Never got to stay at the Best Western. Upon arrival at the hotel during the early evening following a 1.5hr drive from my destination, I was told that there was no room avaliable for me. I had been booked into another hotel 15 mins away. I then had to follow their airport transfer driver from the Best Western Hotel to a Welcome Break Hotel.Not Ideal but the hotel was Apologetic .

Room 210. Small room. Double bed had one small single duvet for my husband and I to share! We had to request another duvet and had to wait while a crumpled additional duvet was found for us. One small complimentary bottle of water to share! We suspect we were put in what was really a single room although we were told this was not the case. On leaving we could clearly see through open doors the other sizes of adjacent bedrooms. Ours was by far smaller. We would probably not return here unless it was substantially cheaper than the nH hotel where we normally stay. We would certainly never stay in this Best Western for more than one night.

We only stayed one night on our way to Austria but we found much to recommend this hotel. The free, efficient shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. As our travel plans were uncertain, we particularly appreciated the flexible, cancellation arrangements. The room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful when we did not understand how to work the heating (our fault). Free internet access, a sophisticated coffee-making machine, and a pleasant bathroom all added to the good experience. We did not use the restaurant but we did buy some provisions from the supermarkets nearby. Overall, we thought the hotel was very good value for money and we would choose to stay there again.

Proximity to airport. Good restaurant. Room was not comfortable. No soap, kleenex, etc. Strange bed layout with marble slab at the head where pillow goes. Cracked toilet bowl. Water temperature not controlled, so cold/hot shower. Noisy. Poor shuttle service (desk said not shuttles until 5 PM).

Excellent for business travellers - easy access to the airport/railway station with free shuttle bus service, very friendly staff, welcoming you upon arrival with a glass of wine, good breakfast, good size of the room, free wifi/cable internet, quiet (despite proximity to the airport), reasonably priced.

It was located close to excellent public transportation options for travelling into the city. Requests for assistance were dealt with promptly. I arrived late in the evening with colleagues (+ it was very cold!) and the free airport shuttle bus was >30 minutes late. However, another bus service offered to drop us off, so there was no additional expense - just a cold delay.

Everthing but particularly the friendly and helpful staff. The pillows - very thin and soft - it would have been difficult to sleep had I not been tired each day.

All staff very nice, even the shuttle bus drivers. Firm memory foam pillows within 5 minutes of asking for one. Glass of wine whilst checking in. Nice bar, Nice beer. Aircraft landing at Zurich airport wake you up at 0615 every day. (This didnt bother me but I suppose it would bother some people)

Very friendly staff. Convenient, free shuttle from/to the airport. Breakfast was well worth of 16chf. There was supposed to be free lan in the rooms, but never worked. Had to pay for wlan, which was quite pricey.

The location was excellent, just a short distance from the airport and with the shuttle service provided it was easy to get to the hotel quickly and back to the airport in the morning. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, I was offered a glass of wine on arrival at the reception which was most welcome. The restaurant where I had dinner was very nice and the dinner was excellent, the same goes for the breakfast in the morning. I will certainly book this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

Serivice , I got 4 hr free WiFi access for Internet access while the fixed line doesn't work. Internet case can't work by fixed wire .
