clean, cosy, good beds. quiet, early departure snack, airport shuttle service. car park, meal facility, friendly staff, quiet and restful. I use it every time I go on a trip by plane. Never had a bad experience, have recommended it to friends many times. |

The rooms were great. The menu selection was very limited. If we wanted Japanese fare we would have gone to Japan for ourvacation. We wer very disappointed that the menu had no Swiss food selections. Needless to say, we did not eat and departed hungrey. Suggest that the menu have more options. Our stay in Switzerland was fantastic and we enjoyed the food - our last stay at Best Western has us wondering why this is a hotel managed by Suisse. |

Excellent food at the Japanese restaurant from the hotel, rooms spacious, light & extremely clean, quiet and only 5 min away from Zurich airport, convenient with free shuttle bus. |

Clean room Very poor shuttle service from the airport and you will have to find your own way back to the airport as the last bus was 10:30 in the morning. This adds to the cost of your stay. |

Convenient, comfortable bed, very quiet until the roar of a solitary jet engine at 6 in the morning. Not exactly luxury but good for the price. Handy shuttle service and internet access. Breakfast prohibitively expensive. |

Clean, friendly staff, reliable shuttle to/from airport, spacious room - not luxurious, but a good value for the money I would have liked air conditioning, free internet, and free breakfast, but I still felt the value was sound for the price. |

Furnishings were comfortable and clean and the hotel was very quiet during evening hours. Do not plan on sleeping in late as this hotel is in the flight path of the Zurich Airport. Room was very loud once flights started departing in the morning. |

Small clean room - nice bar. This hotel is directly undey the approach path of one of the runways at Zurich Airport. I was woken at 6am and every ten minutes after by low flying jets. Never again. |

Receptionist greeted us with wine and ended up upgrading our room due to a small miscommunication. Room had a roof deck. Despite being near the Zurich airport flight path, couldn't hear any outside noise. Very comfortable. |
