Best Western Hotel Airport  

電車の駅まで歩いて14分、そこから4駅で中央駅なので使いやい。市内よりもこのホテルの周りの文教地区の- 散歩がいい。朝なんか静かで心がゆったりする。あと、空港までのシャトルバスがあるのが良い。ねがわくば市- 内までのシャトルバスがあるとなおいい。ネットの料金が高すぎる。

快適にホテル滞在が出来たのは　オナー夫婦の人柄と思います　低価格でも問題なしでした　部屋からの風景は　道路側なのでよくありませんが　駅に近いことがgoodです　ホテルライフが目的でなく　自分流の滞在を楽しむ為には最適のホテルです　次回滞在の同じホテルを考えています

ホテルに夕食の設定が有りませんから　室内に湯沸かしポットがほしい事です

Room was very compact--not very roomy.

Never got to stay at the Best Western.

Upon arrival at the hotel during the early evening following a 1.5hr drive from my destination, I was told that there was no room avaliable for me. I had been booked into another hotel 15 mins away. I then had to follow their airport transfer driver from the Best Western Hotel to a Welcome Break Hotel.Not Ideal but the hotel was Apologetic .

We only stayed one night on our way to Austria but we found much to recommend this hotel. The free, efficient shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. As our travel plans were uncertain, we particularly appreciated the flexible, cancellation arrangements. The room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful when we did not understand how to work the heating (our fault). Free internet access, a sophisticated coffee-making machine, and a pleasant bathroom all added to the good experience. We did not use the restaurant but we did buy some provisions from the supermarkets nearby. Overall, we thought the hotel was very good value for money and we would choose to stay there again.

It was located close to excellent public transportation options for travelling into the city. Requests for assistance were dealt with promptly.

I arrived late in the evening with colleagues (+ it was very cold!) and the free airport shuttle bus was >30 minutes late. However, another bus service offered to drop us off, so there was no additional expense - just a cold delay.

All staff very nice, even the shuttle bus drivers. Firm memory foam pillows within 5 minutes of asking for one. Glass of wine whilst checking in. Nice bar, Nice beer.

Aircraft landing at Zurich airport wake you up at 0615 every day. (This didnt bother me but I suppose it would bother some people)

This was our second one night stay at this hotel on our way to our Austrian ski holiday destination. Once again it met our need for clean, comfortable accommodation, and a free shuttle bus from and to the airport. As a bonus the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We recommend this hotel and we will use it again next year.

Serivice , I got 4 hr free WiFi access for Internet access while the fixed line doesn't work.
