The helpfulness of the staff when my husband slipped and fell during the night. The location is nice. The shower room is very small, and a sliding door instead of one that opens inwards would be a very sensible modification. |

It is a nice hotel close by the Italian/Swiss border. Ideal for a night of rest between two days of driving to the holiday destination in Italy. The hotel was OK, friendly staff and equipped to facilitate young children. You could have a drink on the terras with the hotel. The Italian restaurant with the hotel was great. The parking places in the parking garage under the hotel were perfect! |

De ontvangst is goed, een warm welkom de receptie houdt bij of je al eerder bent geweest. Uitleg van de kamer en mogelijk om eerst ook even te kijken. Ontbijt en restaurant van het hotel. Leuk wandelen in de omgeving. Prima hotel voor doorreis. Parkeermogelijkheid voor hotelgasten |

Le personnel est très gentils et parle Français (entre-autre). Les chambres sont agréables et le service est excellent. Le restaurant propose une grande variété de plats à un prix correct & le petit déjeuné est copieux à souhait. Nous avons voyagé avec un enfant en bas age & tout s'est très bien passé. |

Wij hebben dit hotel gebruikt als tussenstop op weg naar Italie. Prima net hotel met nette kamer en vriendlijk personeel. Restaurant was prima, evenals het ontbijt. Prima hotel voor tussenstop. |

Die Sanitäreinrichtung ist das Einzige, was positiv zu erwähnen ist! Die Betten sind unzumutbar, man traut sich kaum sich hinzulegen; wir waren froh, als die Nacht herum war. |

La qualité de la nourriture au restaurant était vraiment excellente. De plus, l'hôtel était bien situé et le personnel sympathique L'emplacement n'est pas au top et les nuits sont très bruyantes. L'hôtel se trouve tout près d'une petite rue où les voitures passent très vite, ce qui fait que c'est très bruyant! |

correcte boeking,correcte behandeling,faciliteiten voor veilig parkeren wagen en voor verblijf van hond,goed restaurant,voor ons was het een doortocht- overnachting onderweg naar Italie,goede ligging na de Gottardtunnel met de nodige faciliteiten voor een hond.In de directe omgeving mooie wandelmogelijkheid ook voor een uurtje 's avonds |
