The location was good, just outside the train station. The room is clean.

The room was too small. We could clearly hear everything about the neighbor. Next to our room, there was a couple. It was really a nightmare for me.

Room is very spacious and well-decorated, staffs are really friendly and helpful, close to the main train station, the fact that they give us free transportation card in Lausanne is awesome.

The fact that it is close to the main train station is very noisy at night because of the train.

Nothing - it was a very enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly (see negative point). The room was small but comfy. No mini-bar though. Didn't really matter too much in the end. The hotel has a separate baggage room, where you can leave your baggage after checking out. The Internet speed and access were satisfactory. The breakfast (not free 15 CHF per day) was also very good

After arrival I slept because of the jet-lag. By the time I woke up (11 pm i think it was) it was dark outside and the shops outside were closed. So i decided to get something from the Hotel vending machine. But since that required change, which I didn't have, I knocked on the receptionist's window (which was closed) to get some change. I could hear her working inside (stapler sounds, stamp sounds etc). But she would not answer me. On the fifth knock she did answer, but said that we are closed at this hour, and if you have any problems then call Geneva!! I have narrated this not to find fault with the receptionist but with this weird policy of shutting down the receptionist's window even though she is working inside. I would have thought one of her (and the staff in general) main jobs would be to look after the guests.

Free wifi was great, staff were helpfull, rooms are not big, but are nicely done.

A bit noisy at times, you can hear the trains going past, but they don't run all night and aren't too bad.

The best value for money: excellent location, perfectly clean, confortable bed, electric kettle, big safety box, perfect wifi in the rooms, friendly people at the desk. I was in an internal room, and I didn't hear any noise from the rail station.

Location - near main railway station, nice clean room, helpful staff.

If you are not used to live near railway station, noise can be annoying. WiFi didn't work sometimes at all.

i stayed there non enough for find bad things. The security of the city is not the maximum.

Good location next to the train station. Relatively large room. Very clean. Tea and coffee service was great.Television had over a hundred channels - 10 in English.

We arrived early but had to wait until 2 pm for check in - I can understand it, but it was uncomfortable after a long flight.

A few minuets from the train station. Convenient if you have heavy luggages because the city is very hilly. The room is very clean. 駅から至近距離にあるため、重い荷物を持ってローザンヌ入りする旅行者には便利なロケーション。部屋も清潔- 。

Disturbed by the noise from the station sometime *Train passes etc. 夜、早朝は駅を通過する電車の騒音が時々気になりましたが、良く眠れました。

Location is perfect.

The room size was smaller than expected. staying on 3rd floor & facing railway track is not pleasant at all.

The staffs are very rude,when you ask directions she was not patiently answered. The room is soooooo noisy because it was too close to the train station,once a train passed by you will hear it loudly. The room furnitures are old wooden type. Room is small, not suggested as it is not worth the value of money

Location was very central right next to the train station. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit Lausanne.

they paid me twice once I made the booking and again before I checked out & I'll gonna make a complain!!!
