Excellent staff, room, location and food. I am amazed that it isn't rated in Michelin and Gault Millaut!

Everything was just perfect. Especially the comfy bed, the location (just close enough to the centre of town but far enough from the noise of the night clubs and bars), the bathrobes (thick and fluffy), the spa area (small pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna), the japanese restaurant (delicious and a good show), the ski room (convenient)..

The cost of the transfer (CHF 12.-) by electric van from the train station and the lack of free wifi access. A hotel of this standing should offer both for free!!!!

Staff, friendly

The best social area of the hotel is dedicated to smokers. For that reason I will not recommend to non smoking people

The room was OK. The view from the balcony was excellent

The two restaraunts were closed during our visit, and the staff could not recommend another restaurant in the area. The smoking lounge and bar closed at 21:00. The staff was very short handed. We were so disappointed that we checked out a day early and had to pay for the full stay on booking.com

A lovely little hotel with a boutique feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there in the off-season so the hotel was quiet which was great for us. But it looked like it would be an amazing place to stay when things get busy - a really nice feel to it.

Albana Real was a great stay. Perfect location, clean and very cosy,large, nice rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a relaxing weekend, and our older children loved the pool and fitness.

Lovely building and people. The location was also perfect.

The magnificent view of the Matterhorn from our bedroom and its generally central location for restaurants etc

We liked everything about the Albana Real. The room was wonderful. It was clean, light and airy with a fantastic view of the mountains. The restaurant was alo wonderful. We chooses the Fuji,a Japanese tepanyaki meal cooked by a very pleasant chef. Breakfasts were in a separate dining room and were a very generous continentl breakfast. The staff in general were helpful and friendly.

really nothing. The only thing is ifthe WiFi can be available also in the rooms not just the lobby, otherwise no complaint

Lovely food!! great people and a awesome view of the Matterhorn from the room. Being a veg..this was the best food i had in our trip.

Services were really bare - restaurants were all closed, pool and hot tub were empty, and breakfast was minimal. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. It was off-season (mid-May), I understand that, but really made the experience not very nice and bad value for money.

La gentillesse de l'accueil. Etre récupéré à la gare par leur taxi électrique sans attente. Bien situé. Suite/chambre excellente et spacieuse.

Les chambres sont très agréable, le Spa bien équipé, le personnel très professionnelle et le restaurant Fuji et exceptionnelle!
