Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Room was too close to church bells which rang all night. Car had to be garaged which was costly and difficult to exit/enter. Bar was not well light and not staffed or used. General lack of communal areas/ |

breakfast I did not feel like staying in the mountains, apart from the bedroom, with wood and nice decoration, the lobby, living rooms, dining room were more similar to a city hotel than a mountain hotel. |

The gourmet restaurant and the pianist woud be considered more than 4 stars.Some of the staff at the restaurant, the porter and the maids make a good job. Limited in size rooms/baths for 4 star.Poor behaviour by the owner/mgr that deals with problems by avoiding client asked contact, even by phone.A few CHF more is more important to him than building a client relation.He has a long distance to go for 4star management service.To pay for a Dbl de lux more than the rack rate I believe it is illegal. |

Sehr gut, das Hotel war voll gebucht aber der Service war trotzdem ausgezeichnet und man hatte nicht den Eindruck eines vollen Hotels! Wioe konnten nicht verlängern.. |
