breakfast I did not feel like staying in the mountains, apart from the bedroom, with wood and nice decoration, the lobby, living rooms, dining room were more similar to a city hotel than a mountain hotel. |

The gourmet restaurant and the pianist woud be considered more than 4 stars.Some of the staff at the restaurant, the porter and the maids make a good job. Limited in size rooms/baths for 4 star.Poor behaviour by the owner/mgr that deals with problems by avoiding client asked contact, even by phone.A few CHF more is more important to him than building a client relation.He has a long distance to go for 4star management service.To pay for a Dbl de lux more than the rack rate I believe it is illegal. |

das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig im dörflein, man ist sofort am see und in den bergen der wellnes-bereich ist nackt - das ist nicht jedermanns sache |

Das Abendessen in Ihrem Hotel war ausgezeichnet und hervorragend angerichtet. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut. Obwohl wir ein ruhiges Zimmer vorreserviert hatten, wurden wir zur Strassenseite einquartiert. Die Kirchenuhr und der Strassenverkehr hat uns sehr gestört. Demzufolge hatten wir keine erholsame Nacht. Zudem deckten die Nachtvorhänge, Seite Balkon, nicht das ganze Fenster ab. |

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Wellnessbereich einladend und sehr sauber. Personal ist bemüht um ein gutes Service in der Gastronomie. Vom Balkon aus Blick auf Haus gegenüber bzw. auf Strasse. Lauter Durchgangsverkehr (Autos und Busse). Gastronomisch mehr erwartet. |
