The hotel staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast selection was excellent and the bread on offer was the best we've ever tasted. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a day's skiing - tranquil and beautifully clean. All in all, our stay in Zermatt was perfect.

My stay at the Albatros Hotel was an absolute delight. From the kindness of the staff at reception to the upgrade from a single room to a beautiful suite with jacuzzi. Location was great as was breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel. I'm a very fussy customer as I travel around the world on a regular basis. This hotel was amazing value for money.

Really friendly and helpful staff, got our room up-grated as a very sweet surprise. Spacious room with a great view. We had a very pleasant staying. We planned to have a spa in the hotel after quite a trip made in the previous days, though we've been told that the spa was fully booked till 8pm., and is only open till that time... Well, not really a big deal, but was a bit pity.

We stayed at the Hotel Albatros for 6 nights. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The owners are lovely people and took great care of ensuring that our stay was perfect. The rooms are very nice and clean...and we had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast area also very nice and cosy and the food was perfect. Location also perfect....away from the crowd but still very close to the main village. We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful cosy hotel!!!!

Le calme de la nuit et le confort des lits Le balcon ouvert a tout le monde nous nous sommes fait réveille a 7h du matin un dimanche par des suisses allemands qui contemplaient en parlant le cervin!! Un peu énervant!

Zermatt is een schitterende locatie en hotel Albatros is een aangenaam hotel, met mooie ruime kamers dat een verzorgd ontbijt aangeeft. Het is centraal gelegen en de service is goed.

El hotel esta impecable, la atención inmejorable, muy cordial y super dispuestos a ayudar en todo,el hotel muy lindo y excelentemente mantenido,las habitaciones super pulcras y el serviso en las mismas excelente y queda justo en frente. Vielseitiges Frühstück, geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit harmonischer und sehr angenehmer Farbabstimmung, angenehme Atmosphäre mit zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern, individueller Gästetransfer zum 1200 m entfernten Bahnhof. Kein Föhn, kein Kaffe/Tee auf dem Zimmer.

Accueil excellent, personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins ! Cet hôtel est vraiment à recommander ! Le fait de devoir payer la séance de jacuzzi. Le reste des équipements du Spa étant gratuits !
