Excellent hotel, calm, modern room, great service, beautiful location, very good value-for-money. Can only recommend to everybody. It is - as mentioned - a bit of the city.

The rooms were very clean and the staff quite helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a large selection. The hotel itself is quite charming. Ridiculously expensive. The hotel was quite isolated and wasn't a destination in and of itself. Despite our pleasant experience, I couldn't justify the cost. In fact, I can't fathom why it was so expensive given its amenities and location. It was about a 25 minute train ride into Lugano and Caslano is not much. Also, we had the family room and we couldn't get any hot water in one of the showers. Fortunately, we had two showers. The rooms did smell a bit damp.

Das Albergo Gardenia ist von einem schönen Garten umgeben, liegt sehr ruhig. Man ist in kürzester Zeit am See und kann die Umgebung geniessen. Vor allem der hauseigene Aussenpool hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die aufmerksame und doch nicht aufdringliche Betreuung. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Silvana Auf der Mauer, Steckborn

Très bel endroit, belle piscine, près du lac, idéal pour se promener ou pour aller faire du shopping en Italie (1 km de la frontière). Très élégant et agréable, délicieux petit déjeûner!

Das Hotel Gardenia ist absolut ruhig gelegen verfügt über einen wunderschön gepflegten Garten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und grosszügig, tolle Bilder zieren die Wände, weit weg vom üblichen, gewöhnlichen Wandschmuck. Der Gastgeber und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gleichzeiitg natürlich und unkompliziert. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Schade, dass das Hotel nicht ganzjährig geöffnet ist! Es wäre bestimmt auch im Winter sehr romantisch.

schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Reichlich Schränke und Schubladen im Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Kellergewölbe in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Bequemes Parken. Im Badezimmer hätten wir mehr Abstellfläche erwartet. Stolzer Zimmerpreis.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel an einer guten Lage (nahe dem Luganersee). Grosses und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Viel Grün rund ums Haus und ein schöner Pool laden zum entspannen ein.

Wir kommen seit mehreren Jahren regelmässig in dieses wunderschöne Hotel. Die Liebenswürdigkeit des Teams, die Sauberkeit, das tolle Frühstücksbuffet und dies alles seit Jahren auf höchstem Niveau, sowie die einmalige Lage des Hauses mit dem herrlichen Garten lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

La posizione è sicuramente buona. Relax e tranquillità con uno sguardo anche al lusso ed alla cura dei particolari. Bellissima la piscina in pietra naturale. Molto suggestivo anche il giardino dove viene servita la colazione, davvero ricca e capace di soddisfare i gusti anche più ricercati.La camera assegnata (matrimoniale standard) è un po' davvero piccola. L'albergo dispone di camere molto più belle e grandi specie all'ultimo piano con terrazza e vista lago.
