Thought the staff was very proactive and went out of there way to be helpful. They all are very engaging, pleasant and had a good scense of humour. Our room was spacious and exceeded our expectations. An absolute delight! |

Het hotel deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken, om te beginnen met een upgrade naar een zeer grote suite. Dan nog een welkomstdrankje en bij het vertrek een soort afscheidspakket met flesjes water en fruit. De kamer was enorm, van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer stil. Het hotel was buitengewoon lastig te vinden. In Zürich leek niemand ooit gehoord te hebben van het hotel of van de Splügenstrasse. |
