Excellent service and helpful staff. It is a boutique hotel so one has to be mindful of that. The garden terrace overlooks the front of an apartment building on the other side of the road, hence the view is poor. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lighting was not particularly good and we gad to move around lampos from one room to another at times. |

Het hotel deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken, om te beginnen met een upgrade naar een zeer grote suite. Dan nog een welkomstdrankje en bij het vertrek een soort afscheidspakket met flesjes water en fruit. De kamer was enorm, van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer stil. Het hotel was buitengewoon lastig te vinden. In Zürich leek niemand ooit gehoord te hebben van het hotel of van de Splügenstrasse. |
