Alden Luxury Suite Hotel Zurich  

Excellent staff

Breakfast was very poor, no schwarzbrot or really tasty bread, only the white, full-yeast unhealthy stuff. The salmon was not accompanied by anything, no lettuce, no tomato, no cucumber/gherkins, no avocado, not even olives!!! I was wondering if I should spread honey on it to give it some taste!. There was no freshly squeezed orange juice. For a 5-star hotel I was expecting more.

Stayed many times in Zurich...and this hotel has the best staff of any hotel/resort in Europe where we have stayed...If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet hotel with the most helpful, friendly and wonderful staff..this is the place you should book!

The room phone system is too complex.

I normally spend a weekend in Zurich during November but this year decided to go earlier, less cold, and decided to stay different hotel. Normally I stay Beau au Lac but this time tried Alden for change, small luxury boutique hotel. Booked deluxe double room but have been upgraded to a lovely large room, living room with dining area and large bedroom with comfortable bed. The bathroom is huge with huge bath tub, separate shower area. All staff are courteous and friendly.We will stay again.

The entire staff were exceptionally friendly, professional,efficient and made us feel comfortable and welcomed immediately. We had booked two separate stays of one night each because we were travelling between each stay. The rooms(suites) we stayed in were very comfortable, beautifully furnished and very well appointed, as is the entire hotel. The only regret we had was that we didn't know just how pleasurable our stay would be and we didn't have the opportunity to stay longer at this wonderful hotel. If anyone is looking for a smaller, more intimate 5 star hotel in Zurich, this is the one to book! We will return to the Alden.

Хорошие, большие номера, за адекватную цену (для центральной части Цюриха). Месторасположение очень хорошее, все в пешей доступности. Выбор блюд за завтраком мог бы быть и побольше.

Le service et la gentillesse des équipes.

Attention ! Pour des couples le système des 2 petits lits et non pas de Lit double King size est vraiment un désagrément réel pour ce type d'établissement et pour une clientèle internationale.

Отель прекрасно расположен на тихой улице в окружении красивых особняков и офисов, совсем не далеко от центральных улиц и основных достопримечательностей города и Цюрихского озера. У нас был просторный светлый номер со спальной зоной и зоной гостинной. Утром предлагался хороший завтрак. Персонал отеля хорошо подготовлен, отзывчив и предупредителен. При выезде из отеля нам предложили взять с собой в дорогу воду. При следующем посещении Цюриха мы хотели бы снова остановиться в этом отеле.

Отношение персонала отеля к гостям и качество обслуживания в отеле не меняется и остается на очень высоком уровне! Расположение отеля удобно и для бизнес поездки, и для романтического посещения Цюриха :)

Der zuvorkommende Service und die perfekte Ausstattung der Zimmer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit seperater Wohn & Schlafbereich. Abend Essen sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
