No cars only electric buggies. Close to both stations. The hotel has its own buggy and it would be worthwhile sending message to advise time of arrival to be met as the pathways are "quaint". If you cannot see the top of the mountains do not bother taking the train to Gornergrat as it will be a waste of money unless you want to stand inside a snow cloud.

Everything is perfect here. The owner, Alex, is very awesome and help everything. The breakfast room is very cosy and warm which is 200 years old. I really enjoy spending time in here

the spa, the changing room and ski room, the design of the hotel, the old chalet for breakfast with a junior suite we expect a bit more services for the room, like a free bottle of water (charged CHF 8 at the bar) or at least a mini bar, a night bed service, small attention to the customer. The room was overheated without possibilité to graduate the temperature.

Outstanding location in the village close to the main rail station and the Gornergrat mountain railway. Superb rooms, comfortable public areas, excellent breakfast, luxury spa and helpful staff. A top hotel. Can't really fault anything, only minor gripe would be the pool/jacuzzi need to be warmer. No evening restaurant.

Location. Furnishings all new. No minibar, glasses or free bottled water in room. Hotel went on lock- down at 12:00am. Bar closed/lobby lights off and locked off etc. We couldn't leave the hallway from our room. Spa not opened until 3pm daily does not accommodate non-skiers. Facials/Pedicures should be given using proper beds not massage beds.

Personnels sympa et accueillant. Petit déjeuner très bien. Piscine et Spa très bien. Situation impeccable à côté de la gare de Zermatt et du train pour le Gornergrat. La chambre beaucoup trop petit pour le prix!!! Pouvons à peine bouger dans cette petite chambre. Ecrire ou travailler est seulement possible sur le lit!!!

Hôtel rénové et agrandi avec beaucoup de gout, la chambre avec vue sur le Cervin, la salle de bain fonctionnelle, l'isolation thermique, acoustique. La Wifi sans complications dans toute la maison. La carte clé de la chambre et armoire à ski et chaussures, chauffée... Personnel discret et dévoué. Le petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut. Proximité des gares et de la rue commerçante et de beaucoup de restaurants. Les matelas sont un peu mous. Attention de ne pas se coincer les doigts dans les portes coulissantes de l'armoire.

L'endroit est très joli, très agréable mais sans être ostentatoire. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et le cadre charmant. Une petite restauration est vraimant manquante. Il serait si agréable de trouver un coin "brunch" afin d'éviter de ressortir de l'hötel le soir et surtout de ne pas être obligé de manger tant !

Quarto e hotel super novos, muito bom gosto e ao mesmo tempo moderno. Spa e piscina excelentes. Guarda skis e snowboard ótimos. O Sr Alex nos atendeu de forma excepcional, muito atencioso e preocupado com nosso bem estar. Excelente dica para quem vai a Zermatt.
