The Hotel Alex is on a quiet and sunny spot in Leukerbad. All rooms are non-smoking, have a balcony, and offer free Wi-Fi access. Via the hotel lift, guests enjoy direct access to the center of the village and to the Torrentbahn. The spa of the Alex Hotel is a nudist zone and features a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, an ice cave, a Kneipp pool, and a panorama gallery. During summer you can buy the Alex Pass for a small fee, which includes daily access to the Burgerbad Spa and free use of the Gemmi and Torrentbahn cable cars. Very friendly English-speaking staff. The room was clean and the view was very nice. There are three sauna rooms in the basement, a wet one and two dry ones at different temperatures. Hours of operation run daily from 16:00 to 20:30. A large towel, a small towel, and a locker key can be borrowed at the front desk for free upon request. The hotel offers tickets to Burgerbad and Lindner Alpentherme at a discounted price. The breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 and has nothing extraordinary but does the job. The TV was not working. All guests will be given a key card for use to open the front door after 22:00, but one might have to insert and reinsert the key card several times before the door actually opens.

всё очень понравилось. расположен прямо у подъёмника.уютные чистые номера с большим балконом и шикарным видом на горы. очень добро желательный персонал.шикарная сауна. скидки на скипасс и в термальные комплексы. остались очень довольны.

Hôtel sympathique, SPA avec salle de détente panoramique génial, sallle de jeux pour enfants pratique, mais dommage que la salle ne soit pas ouverte plus tard le soir, Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.Le seul point négatif .... c'est les trous au rideaux qui font vraiment désordre ! Les trous aux rideaux !

Le style rustique et boisé du restaurant et de la chambre, très coquette avec un chouette balcon avec vue sur la Gemmi. Les couleurs des murs et sols, l'ameublement des espaces communs chaleureux et cosy. Le petit funiculaire génial "Alex Express".

Il rapporto qualità prezzo. L'ottima posizione, in quanto a pochi metri dalla funivia che porta alle piste di sci, vicino ai bagni termali e comunque in zona estremamente tranquilla. La spa. Bella moderna e molto funzionale. La gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolti e che parlava anche italiano. La colazione molto ricca. Le camere in ordine La temperatura forse troppo alta all'interno delle camere

Le cadre, personnel très serviable, rapport qualité prix, espace détente spa, la petite cabine pour nous monter au haut du village et le parking couvert pour la voiture. En cas de nouvelle visite dans la région j'y séjournerai sans faute!

Ganz klar die Wellness-Anlage...ist wirklich toll und gibt erholung pur. Der Ruheraum dürfte etwas mehr geheitz werden damit das verweilen noch angenehmer wäre :-) Ebenfalls ist der Alex-Express wirklich sehr sehr praktisch 1) Ruheraum im Spa dürfte bisschen wärmer sein 2) ebenfalls sind die Zimmer bisschen zu kalt, leider kann man die Heizung nicht individuell einstellen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel Alex. Der Wellnessbereich mit Panoramablick ist fantstisch! Meiner Freundin aus Schweden gefielen besonders die Kuhglocken, die wir abends aus Distanz hören konnten.
