This hotel is a very good address in Leukerbad. The place is simple ( not fancy or not luxury) but it is cosy, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. We recommend it. Nothing, just to say that I did not enjoy going on line at breakfast buffet!! Everyone wakes up at the same time. Breakfast is good. Large selection.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, told us everything we needed to know in a very friendly and welcoming way. The breakfast was very good and catered well for hungry people! The room was a little too hot. Maybe they were expecting colder weather at this time of the year?

Very nice wellness (modern and clean), good beds, good breakfast, personnel (Swiss traditional but very gentle), nice size of hotel so not overcrowded No swimming pool, limited opening hours for wellness, very old-stylish (80ies) but there is a lack of great modern hotel in Loeche-les-Bains anyway, noise from other rooms

We had a short but good stay there, the superior double room was spacious and accomodated easily the infant's bed. The breakfast buffet offered a pleasant choice of fresh products. They offer a nice game room, which our boy liked a lot, and a small private cable car which somewhat alleviate the slightly off-center location. The style was a bit outdated, but it does not hurt when you are in the mountains.

The whole experience was very enjoyable especially the spa and the delicious breakfast. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the cows moving in the meadow with their bells ringing were an additional treat.The cappuccino machine was easy to use and offered a variety of coffees. The Roman - Irish bath at the Alpentherme was empty except for one other couple, and once we found the changing rooms and elevators to its second floor location,we had a wonderful afternoon.However you can get the same treatments at Hotel Alex except for the soak in the mineral waters and it is free.

Отличное расположение, обе публичные термы лейкербада в 1--минутной шаговой доступности. У отеля есть собственный подъемник, существенно облегчающий доступ к главному горнолыжному подъемнику - ТоррентБану. Не нужно тащиться со снаряжением через весь городок или подниматься вверх по крутой лестнице с публичной парковки. На ресепшн работает чудесная пара, видимо, владельцы отеля, очень доброжелательны и приветливы, всегда готовы помочь и угодить. Номера комфортные, с большим балконом, на кроватях отличные ортопедические матрасы. Если цель поездки включает в себя ежедневные занятия горнолыжным спортом, отель Alex - идеальный бюджетный вариант. В номерах прохладно, нет батарей, поэтому была проблема с сушкой детской одежды (приходилось сушить на общей батарее в коридоре). Ресторан отеля работает лишь на завтраки, нет обедов и ужинов, однако для нас это не было минусом, поскольку буквально напротив есть отличный ресторан другого отеля, не говоря уже об огромном количестве ресторанов в центре города, до которого идти минут 10.
