Местоположение, вид из окон, сервис, любезный персонал, отличный завтрак, удобные, комфортные, красивые номера, балкон, лифт в пешеходную зону деревни, любезно предоставлен поздний чек-аут (+6 часов) без доп. оплаты, беспроводный доступ в интеренет бесплатно. Продлить время работы СПА-зоны отеля. Организовать доступ в интернет без необходимости вводить пароль при каждом входе в сеть. |

Calme, à proximité du centre termal et des installations de remontées mécaniques. Très apprécié le petit ascenseur qui relie l'hôtel au départ des cabines. Nudisme dans les espaces détente |

Comodo per chi vuole sciare. C'è un ascensore privato che porta direttamente di fianco agli impianti (ma chiude alle 18.00). Staff gentile e parla italiano. Sala giochi per bambini e ragazzi. Disponibilità del garage. Sicuramente una ottima sistemazione per Leukerbad |

L'ascensore privato che collega l'hotel con la Promenade, attraverso la quale si accede direttamente alla funivia del Torrent o con una breve passeggiata (5 min.) al centro del Paese. Ricca colazione, cortesia del gestore, centro benessere ampio e curato, posizione comoda per l'accesso ai centri termali. Non viene offerta la possibilità di usufruire della mezza pensione |

posizione defilata rispetto al centro ma comunque facile da raggiungere con 10-15 min di camminata sarebbe utile un orario più lungo per la colazione (ora 8-10) inoltre il letto matrimoniale era costituito da due letti affiancati poco comodi |
