Location-12minutes by on foot to the station.Very clean.Not very expensive.On reception the nice man speaks in Russian.

Almost everything!! The location in my opinion was terrific, staff were extremely welcoming, the hotel was a little gem, the furnishing were very upmarket and trendy for a 3 star establishment, I got upgrade to include breakfast which was a very surprising gesture and the breakfasts were very good.

if there is one, and its a tiny niggle, the pillows were terrible !!

Room was very small.

- location, right in the center - 10 minutes away BY FOOT from main train station (Zurich HB) - the guy who showed me the way to my room was really nice - room are very very small but clean

- lady at reception could smile (it does not hurt) - some noise late in the night (but it was still ok ! the windows are of good quality) but do not forget that you are in the heart of the city

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ourselves before stepping out. The hotel is very conveniently located in Central Zurich surrounded by the old charm of the city. We wouldn't have asked for a better choice of hotel within our budget. Daisy

We stay in guesthouse. Excellent location just 20 m to Migros and a lot of restaurant. Quiet in the noisy area.

Not in the location that woman should walk alone at night.

Good central location to the old town, cheapest accomodation we could find in Zurich. Friendly staff.

The prostitutes hang around the entrance to the guesthouse each night, although they are not offensive there are plenty of them each night. Our room had an adjoining door and the neighbours were very noisy during the night.

Directions to Guest House from the Hotel was a little confusing. A map at reception would have helped greatly.

the first given room was on the top floor and was a bit small coz the roof , but we change it :)

Very bed smell when opening doors (all the guesthouse has windows opening over the kitchen of the restaurant downstairs).
