Le petit déjeuner m'a bien plu et les personnes qui servaient étaient attentionnées et sympathiques. J'ignorais que les fenêtres de la chambre donnaient sur une rue très fréquentée jusque tard dans la nuit. Donc je n'ai pas dormi longtemps. |

Bien placé, près de la gare et du centre ville. Chambre trop sommaire. Le bruit est trop important la nuit: Il n'y a pas de double vitrage, on entend le bruit des voitures et surtout les commerces qui sont dans la rue. L'ascenseur de l'hôtel fait du bruit lorsqu'il fonctionne! |

Le personnel de l'hotel, notament a la reception tres acceuillants et serviable, les chambres sont propres et comfortables. En plus du prix correct de la chambre le petit-dejeuner y est inclus, ce qui n'est pas le cas de nombres d'hotels |

Breakfast and internet included, comfortable room with a nice design. Price could be lower, but compared to other Zurich hotels I guess it`s fair. |

Location. Zurich is a lovely city. Most sites are in walking distance. We would recommend a day excursion to see Mt. Titlis. |

The location was superb. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was only one English TV channel, CNN, but thrilled to have it as other hotels I've stayed in abroad, there are no English speaking TV channels. Lobby internet available for use. |

The hotel was well positioned for the restaurants of the old town, the railway station, the city centre and the lake and river. Would use it again. Slight outside noise at night. |

I appreciated the kind and very helpful staff. We needed to have a place for my young son to have a nap before setting off on a long trip. The staff offered us to extend the stay in our room well into the afternoon without any charge. Thank you. |

free internet access. Close to the Zurich HB, 15minutes from the airport (by train), citycenter. Breakfast was OK, friendly service. Unfortunately second day internet totaly failed. |
