Goede lokatie n.l. middenin in het voetgangersgebied, kamer is ruim genoeg. Behoorlijk ontbijt, om het gekookt of gebakken eitje moet je wel even vragen. Een openbare P-garage op zeer korte afstand, je mag voor de deur wel de koffers uitladen. De eigen P-garage waarover wordt gesproken heeft slechts 3 plaatsen dus niet de moeite van het vermelden waard. Wel (muziek)geluidsover- last van het uitgaansgebeuren in de straat |

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Fijne, redelijk ruime kamer op de bovenste verdieping, middenin het oude centrum. Met het raam dicht en de airco aan goede temperatuur en bovendien geen last van straatgeluiden. behoorlijk prijzig, maar dat is wel typisch voor zurich denk ik |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede ligging van het hotel, midden in de stad. Ook één persoonskamer was een volledig ingerichte kamer en niet weggestopt ergens achterin. Kamer was en werd ook tijdens verblijf keurig schoon gehouden. |

Breakfast and internet included, comfortable room with a nice design. Price could be lower, but compared to other Zurich hotels I guess it`s fair. |

Location. Zurich is a lovely city. Most sites are in walking distance. We would recommend a day excursion to see Mt. Titlis. |

The location was superb. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was only one English TV channel, CNN, but thrilled to have it as other hotels I've stayed in abroad, there are no English speaking TV channels. Lobby internet available for use. |

The hotel was well positioned for the restaurants of the old town, the railway station, the city centre and the lake and river. Would use it again. Slight outside noise at night. |

I appreciated the kind and very helpful staff. We needed to have a place for my young son to have a nap before setting off on a long trip. The staff offered us to extend the stay in our room well into the afternoon without any charge. Thank you. |

Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had booked a SINGLE room, not a twin room for two people. I was then informed that I made a mistake in booking, and was then required to pay full-price for a twin room (+ 50 euro extra). Alexander Hotel is an absolute disgrace to Booking.com, an otherwise very useful website. |
