la atención del personal,la vista de la habitación,y el estilo "antiguo" del hotel,que le dá caidez. No tiene elevador,que en nuestro caso no fué un inconveniente,pués nos subieron el equipaje. |

I really enjoyed the manager, Luigi. He was energtic and very hospitable like we were his only guest. Great location with lots to see in the area. I could live there, no problem. We had a little problem with a negative response using up our Swiss francs against a VISA balance but that all worked our and Luigi sent a not of apology. Doesn't get better than that. |

Room was quite nice and was comfortable and clean. There was no elevator, and our bags were quite heavy going up three flights of stairs. We were unable to get a taxi to come to the hotel in the morning, which meant we had to walk 15 minutes to the train station in the pouring rain to catch our train. |

Beautifully presented property, great breakfast, attentive and helpful staff, on site parking Minor confusion about the booking, booked a triple with an extra bed but triples are actually doubles with one extra bed maximum. The manager rectified this promptly and cheerfully. |
