The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. The room was very clean, well furnished and quiet. (turning to the courtyard side) Their restaurant is quite good. Practical with the tram station situated in front of the hotel from which there's only a short drive to the centre of Basel. The bedside lamps are placed a bit awkward. The hotel doesn't offer the Mobility-card for the public transportation in Basel. |

Nettes Hotel unter Familienführung mit gutem Restaurant und kulturellem Angebot. Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und entsprach einem ***-Hotel. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist mit der Straßenbahn unmittelbar zu erreichen, ebenso erreicht man die Baseler Stadmitte mit öffentl. Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Hofseite und waren sehr gut untergebracht. |

Wij vonden het een uitstekend gelegen, vriendelijk hotel; de kamer was erg schoon en netjes (alleen 's nachts een beetje warm). Verder zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar prima verzorgd en we het diner in het restaurant was gewoon goed.Het openbaar vervoer in Basel is fantastisch dus je kunt voor de deur in de tram stappen. |

De ligging t.o.v. Basel is gunstig. Het centrum is snel met de lokale tram bereikbaar. De kamers zijn relatief klein, maar efficiënt en voldoen aan de eisen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en to the point en er is ook een verdienstelijk restaurant. Bovendien gratis parkeren ! Kortom goede prijs / kwaliteitverhouding De kamers aan de voorzijde hebben enige geluidsoverlast van de frequent langskomende tramlijn en vrachtverkeer. |

Personal del hotel muy agradable y correctos en el trato, Parking gratuito, buffet incluido en el precio de la habitacion. A tan sólo 10 minutos del centro en el tranvia numero 3, habitaciones correctas. Desayuno buffet muy rico, aunque con poca variedad (Croisant, yogurt, algo de embutido y cafe o té). |

I have earlier in the nineties stayed for longer periods at your hotel and I love it. Alway polite personel and very central placed hotel for Basel. A real schweizer hotel. The parkin could be a bit better, especial when loading the loggage in rain. |
