The restaurant Meridiano is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 23:30. On Saturdays the restaurant is open till midnight. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
'Yu' 'Modern Chinese Cuisine is open Tuesday to Friday: 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 22:30 and on Saturdays 18:00 to 22:30. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
'Giardino' Italian/Piemont cuisine open 7 days per week.
Allegretto 'International and Swiss highlights' is open 7 days a week from 06:30 to 14:30 and from 17:30 to 00:30.

reception staff very good.nice clean modern hotel. very well situated,breakfast and meal good quality. very disappointed that it was only a whirlpool. we obviously misread your write up on the hotel as we thought there was a pool. this was a major downer for us and maybe you want to make it clearer there is no pool. |

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice with a huge selection of fruits, yoghurt and hot food. |

The unique decor and cleanliness.The beautiful location. We had 3 minor requests and the staff was unwilling to accommodate us at all.We felt we were poorly treated by the desk staff.We did not feel welcome & I am making a written complaint. |

The breakfast and the free bikes. I asked for a peaceful room as the last time I stayed there is was very noisy due to building. this time I was in a room with a small window with very natural light. No robes in the room for a 4star hotel!! |

Modern hotel with all modern conveniences, very clean, good location only a short walk over the bridge into Bern CHF25 per person for breakfast is too much, don't understand why a hotel like this charges for Internet access |

Hotel Allegro is always a good choice. I've been there several times and I was never disappointed. Very well located, very comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff, and so on...... that I didn't have time to stay another night :o) |

The hotel was very comfortable. Nice views of the mountains from the balcony. Info in the room was limited. There was a coffee cup on the floor outside my room when I arrived and was only removed the day I left. |

A fine, clean hotel. Room was spacious, very nicely decorated, nice bathroom, small balcony. Good air conditioning. Four restaurants and casino in the same building. I ate twice in Restaurant Giardino and the food was delicious. Food is served until 24:00 which is great thing. Restaurant has glass wall toward the garden and big door can be opened so it became part of a terrace. Great idea. Personnel were professionals but only two were actually friendly. High Speed Analog Internet might sound at first good, but then the word analog jumps to your eyes. Yes, they have only modem or ISDN connection which is definitely not up-to-date. Nowadays free wireless internet should be available in all hotel rooms. Hotel was also quite expensive (for example minibar prices). |

The view over the Altstadt and south to the mountains - at least from the third floor or higher - is excellent. The rooms are cleanly designed and the bed comfortable. There is AC in the rooms if needed. There was a broken ceiling lamp on the floor of the hallway which was not cleaned up despite the desk being notified. For those interested in the Casino, please be aware that it is not very "noble" by any means. |

Its proximity to the centre of Bern was a real advantage. The hotel allows smoking in all but one of its restaurants, and in the hotel lobby. This is not acceptable as many of its patrons are from the US and EU where smoking in public areas is not allowed. Moreover, it is not good practice to effectively force Front Office and waiting staff to have to work in a smoky environment. |

Schöne Sauna, wenn auch etwas eng. Dafür aber fatnastische Betriebszeiten, bis 22:00 Uhr abends! Das Hotel bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt Bern, zumindest die etwas teureren Zimmer auf der Aussenseite. Dieser Aufpreis lohnt sich aber! Die Stadt ist in einigen Gehminuten erreichbar! |
