l`architettura,la vista dopo che ho insistito di cambiare la camera, La camera,personale disponibile... la collazione non é inclusa nel prezzo-ma dovrebbe essere,basterebbe anche una semplice,chi la vuole pìù abbondante-paga la camera prenotata per due era per una persona,niente vista richiesta, ma alla fine è andata bene |

All of the staff were absolutely excellent and seemed very concerned to make our stay the best. It felt like very personal service for a large hotel. Also, the location was excellent. It was easy to either walk or take the tram to everything we wanted to go to. The room was quite nice with a modern decor and a lot of light. The airconditioning would go off when we took our card out of the slot in the room when we left the room, and if we left it in, the housekeepers took it out. After complaining about this, however, the hotel reprogrammed the AC so this would not happen. It was a really great response to our concern and reflected the excellent service at the hotel. |

great location; very modern; friendly staff We were told at check in that breakfast was included (I did not think that was the case). Desk help double checked and assured us it was. After our first breakfast we were presented with $56 bill. Desk staff then denied what they told us. Resolution - hotel only charged us half of the bill. |

The view is good. We arrived at 2:30PM and the room was not ready. The door was opened at midnight by the staff while we were sleeping. Very scary!!!!!!! |

clean modern room the front desk told us we had a view of the city and alps....we had a view of the wall next door. we notified them of this error and the front desk was very rude and would not change our booking. despite the high quality facilities, the service level was awful and we would never return to this hotel. |

The staff were very nice. The rooms were very clean and nice. The locale was perfect- close to conference center and to downtown. The room temperature was too warm. Other guests that I spoke with experienced the same issue. The restaurant service was only fair. |

The Allegro was well located, clean and modern. The room was hot- air con turned off in the winter and the room was noisy due to car park being built below |
