Friendly service, good quality hotel ideally located directly opposite the station. The studio rooms 'not accessed via the reception' are accessed from a path down some steps and round the back of the hotel - not really suitable for part of a family group. |

Friendly family run hotel. Lovely room and bathroom. Convenient for the town centre and railway up the mountain. Breakfast was very basic for the price of the hotel. Would have hoped for more. Usually cereal, fruit salad, some rolls and a bit of ham and cheese portions.The hotel was all but closed for two days during our stay. Given that we were paying for a full service hotel I felt that this was poor and we were not informed before wew went that that would be the case. |

The area, especially the views. The cable car was superb. The staff all speak good english. Parking was not a problem. Hotel is local to trains and buses Avoid the small suites if you have lots of gear |

Wij kregen een upgrade van hotelkamers naar appartement voor max 6 personen. Geriefelijke privacy van redelijk nieuw appartement. |

bra location, trevlig personal inte prisvärt. kom just från Palace i Gstaad som är 50% dyrare men prisvärt. I jämförelse borde Alp Fleurie kosta ca 250-300 CHF, inte 400 |

Hotel coqueto: paredes, suelo y mobiliario son de madera, también la terraza, con buenas vistas. Cenamos en el restaurante y el servicio fue bueno. La cama no era muy cómoda. La ducha era fija, sin posibilidad de regular o manejar. |
