le proprétaire est très gentil et très efficace, l'hotel est bien situé pour zematt.

Très bon accueil, sympathique et bonne petite carte familiale. Endroit calme, sans bruit de route n'y de trains, même si la gare est juste à côté! Chambre propre, bon lit et avec le wi-fi. Je recommande cet établissement parce que bon rapport prestations/prix.

Acceuil sympa, possibilité restauration traditionnelle sur place, accès gare pour Zermatt direct avec le glacier express(cour hotel sur quai !) et chambre confortable.

A 15 minutes de Zermatt, un hôtel plein de calme et d'authenticité, au pied du vieux village qui a su garder tout son charme.. Très bon accueil, magnifiques chambres, toutes personnalisées.

Accueil sympathique et agréable. Une place dans le garage était réservée pour 2 motos ! Internet à disposition. Petit déjeuner copieux. A 5 minutes de la gare permettant d'accéder à Zermatt. Et la gare de Randa est au pied de l'hotel pour ceux qui n'ont pas de véhicule. A recommander.

Very convenient location; 1 minute from trains up to Zermatt with free parking outside the hotel. Very welcoming and our accommodation was upgraded to better suit our needs without extra cost. Cafe/bar on premises meant we were able to order, beer, hot drinks in the evening.

Would have been nice to have had kettle in room to make tea in the morning before breakfast.

The staff at this small hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though we arrived late (after 7pm), they arranged to have the cook come back to the restaurant so that our family could eat dinner, which was so kind of them, as there really weren't a lot of other options nearby for us to eat and we have four small children who were all starving. The breakfast the next morning was also excellent and filling. Our family had two connecting rooms, each with a bathroom, and they gave us a baby cot to use as well, which was a perfect set up for us. Everything was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Even the WiFi was great. The other great thing is that Alpenblick is directly in front of the train station, which made is extremely easy for us to get there with our luggage, as we are backpacking with our kids and were very tired from the journey we took to get there. It was also simple for us to hop on the train the next morning to visit Zermatt (to see the Matterhorn). For those wanting somewhere a bit cheaper and quieter than touristy Zermatt, Randa is a nice alternative and only 15 minutes by train.

Full marks to Mr. Marco for going out of the way to make our stay comfortable and attending to all our request. Location is exceptionally good, it is 1 min from Randa station and a very good option in case you want to stay close to Zermatt without having to pay Zermatt rates. Rooms are nice and cosy, bathroom clean and the restaurant food quite good.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better, it was dusty under the bed. Would not have been an issue, had it not been for our baby, who would crawl down underneath.

Good value for money. Next to the station so hopping on and off to go up to Zermat was easy. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and polite staff.

Just stopped for a night on my way to zermatt...great location just by the train station...good for travellers. Friendly staff and a solid breakfast in the morning with plenty of fresh coffee. Oh and free wifi is always lovely

The host Marco was very friendly and of great hospitality. The water pressure is very big which make me feel extremely comfortable after one- day skiing in Zermatt! The wifi connection is perfect. The location is perfect too. Previous review say that it is 0ne-minute walk but I would say it is 30 seconds walk. Although just 2 meter close to the railway station, It is not noisy at all.

It's 20 minutes by train to Zermatt and is situated just on the train station, which is good to catch a train, but a bit noisy.

The hotel's location is really nice it's only one min walk to the train station. Foods are good and I got the strong wifi signal in room. Nice price and staffs, strongly recommend this hotel!

Great location, just 2 minutes walk from train, 15 minutes to Zermatt. Friendly staff, clean & comfortable room. We have a great & enjoyable stay there.

The owner/manager was super friendly and hospitable. He made us feel extremely welcome and was genuinely happy to have us staying at the property. The location was terrific, next to the train station, only 2 stops from Zermatt, charming little village. The property had a quaint restaurant attached for a quick cocktail, coffee, breakfast, dinner or whatever. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the wifi worked very well.

The Alpenblick is one of a very limited number of overnight accommodations in Randa, Switzerland. It is located very near the railroad station, but there was not a noise problem overnight. The street- level bar seems to attract a rather rough-appearing local clientele; however the room we were given -- in the basement -- was extremely clean and had been recently renovated. The mattresses were good and the bathrooms were very up-to-date. If you have to stay overnight in Randa, this hotel is a very helpful option.

Great location within easy walking distance of train station and hiking trails. Nice rooms with shared patio access. Restaurant/bar on site frequented by local townspeople.

A small mountain hotel, very comfortable and conveniently located close to Zermatt. Ideal for hikers on the Europaweg between Grachen and Zermatt. The staff is extremely polite, the rooms are clean and well furnished, food is excellent, and the room rates represent an additional added value. I highly recommend the Alpenblick hotel in Randa.

All the staff gave us a warm welcome, and during our three-day stay were as accommodating as possible - even when we requested to have our room changed to a lower floor. The owner even gave us a "welcome drink" and apologized for not being there when we checked in. He offered to help us with the automated train tickets since this was going to be our first experience with the German train system .The train stop was just around the corner. The food, served in a casual setting, was very good, especially the "cheese-fundue." We were treated like family.
