Cancellation
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged CHF 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Very helpful staff. Nice cosy room. The staff accommodated our special requests related to our 1 year old and were always exceedingly helpful. We found that for dinner the restaurant was pricey (not unlike other restaurants in Engelberg). We found some less expensive options in town, but the restaurant was very convenient and the included breakfasts were wonderful and the service was excellent. Other nice things: Fresh fruit in room, new modern bathroom and shower, tasteful furnishings in room, lockable armoire and in-wall safe for valuables. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would probably stay there again if we go to Engelberg. Very minor: Tall patrons should consider the low ceilings in the restaurant section. I am just over 6 feet and could graze the ceiling if I tried. However, I didn't mind the low ceilings. They made the experience clearly authentic. |

Elk en ieder lid van het personeel was super-vriendelijk. Het hotel is erg centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van winkels en treinstation. En onze kamer (Rotegg) was op en top. Kortom, wij hebben ons volgende vakantie in Alpenclub reeds geboekt. |

Sehr freundliches Personal. Steinbergzimmer = sehr grosszügig und super tolles Badezimmer. Schöner Holzboden - andere Zimmer mit Tepich - aber gepflegt. Parkplatz vorhanden. |
