They are really respectful and helpful for other people coming out from different cultures. The heating system is great in rooms and bathroom. The rooms are clean. Internet works. The hotel is old but lovely and has a nice p/p ratio.The workers know enough level of English.

The staffs are kind and always trying their best to help. There is a small path close to the hotel which allows you to take a walk and enjoy the view from this village.CharlotteCzech Republic
