The wellness area (free access) with a sauna and a steam bath invites you to unwind after a day out on the slopes. Wireless internet is available free of charge. Staff were all realy friendly. The location was excellent - within 100m of the ski lift. We had the daily menu in the restaurant which was good quality and good value. The hotel was very clean The decoration in the bedrooms was a bit dated but this was more than offset by all the positives

Great location ~100m from a main Ski-Lift (Cable-Car). Apartment rental in separate building from main hotel was ideal for a small group.

Gemütlichkeit, viel Holz, Sonne beim Frühstück. Warme Zimmer. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Wenig Komfort. Sehr alte Möbel, Lampen, Betten. Sehr altes Badezimmer/Spiegelschrank etc. Kleines altes TV-Gerät. Minibar mit 4 verschiedenen Getränken. Alte Holzliegen auf dem Balkon. Jede Kleinigkeit im Hotel kostet, Bsp. Garagenplatz, wenn alle Aussenplätze belegt sind. Sehr alte Frottetücher im Badezimmer.

Schöne Zimmer und Llage zum Skigebiet, rustikaler Ausbau nicht gut geführt, die erste Nacht keine Heizung im Zimmer bei - 10°C, Skiraum mangelhaft und ohne Licht

La pulizia delle camere e la cordialità del personale, la vicinanza al centro del paese ed ai vari servizi quali cabinovia, funivia, l'utilizzo gratuito del bus urbano, delle cabinovia e funivia e per un breve tratto della linea ferroviaria Arosa-Chur. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile

Alle waren sehr freundlich, Kinder sind willkommen. Ruhige Lage und schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Frühstück war gut. Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Arosa werden wir wieder in der Alpensonne logieren. Der Balkon mit den alten Tischen und Liegestühlen war mir ein Graus. Hier wäre eine Renovation nötig!

“The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Since we had to leave very early - and were driven by the owner to the train station - we were not able to try breakfast. But we recieved complimentary lunch packages which were as awesome as the entire stay. Everything in Blattner's Bellavista Hotel seems to run smoothly and very professionaly: Check-In in less than a minute, when we were shown to our room our luggage was already waiting there for us, so did complimentary water bottles and fruits. In the last 12 months we have a combined 8 months of hotel stays and this was definately one of the most pleasant ones. ” Boris, Gruet |
