I found the staff extremely informative and helpful, I wish I could have stayed there longer. The rooms were clean, a good size and comfortable. The proximity to amenities was also great as its only a 5 minute walk to the shops, museums and the town centre. The street side room I got was okay but for the noise when the windows are open, it would be nice to have a fan or something to enable air circulation when the windows are shut.

The hotel is perfectly located (opposite the railway station) for those travelling by train - particularly with heavy luggage. The quid pro quo is a bit of a walk into the city centre, but we enjoyed that (buses also available nearby). The hotel is elevated with great views across the lake and to the alps (shame about the haze while we were there). Rooms are very comfortable and staff extremely helpful, cheery and accommodating. We were extremely pleased with this hotel to the point where we would consider it as our first option next time.

Optimal position, really close to the station of neuchatel; just a 10 minute (downhill) walk to the city centre (which is worth visiting), the hotel has an amazing terrace, with an awesome view of the city, the lakes and the alps

Location, and amazing view from the lake-side rooms! Also excellent breakfast on balcony overlooking lake, beautiful. Very clean rooms, free wi-fi. The price, for a 3-star hotel.

This hotel is right opposite the main train station at Neuchatel and very convenient for travel. Surprisingly it is quiet and also has great views over the lake. Hotel staff are really kind and helpful. We had a most pleasant stay, thank you!

Even if the hotel is in front of the train station, it's very very calm. We've been there to attend a festival, that was great. Very nice staff and great value for money.10 minutes walking from the lac, the small path going to the lac is just 2 meters from the hotel. The room was big enough, good bed and great bathroom as well. Very clean, absolutely nothing to mention!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Für das Parkieren erhielten wir eine Gratis Parkscheibe der Polizei Neuchatel. Darauf achten, dass die Parkscheibe nicht geklaut oder verloren geht, ansonsten kostet es Fr. 180.--.

La chambre (107) avec vue sur le lac est magnifique et le rapport qualité prix est très bon / excellent. Personnel très accueillant et disponible, parking disponible et gratuit dans la rue, très bon petit déjeuner, hotel très propre et chambre bien agencée. Situation idéalle pour les voyageurs en train (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) L'hotel a couté le même prix que le restaurant chinois juste en dessous, qui lui n'est pas du tout à recommander compte tenu du prix très élevé (120€ sans boisson!). Peu de restaurants à 5min à pied, il faut aller dans le centre pour en trouver (à 10min à pied) Aucun point négatif concernant l'hotel
