Excellent location close to train station but at the same time very quiet due to the pedestrian zone in front of the hotel. Nice restaurants. Spectacular view on the city and lake from my room on the 6th floor (normal room, not a suite). Nice functiponal design. Very large room - nice. (Stayed in room 708) The corridors are not very clean - however it is possible that there where renovations going on. Not sure. |

Fantastic rooms. Very modern hotel. Next to the main train station. Hotel is located on a short steep hill. So getting in and out of the hotel is a steep climb especially when not using a car. But cant blame the hotel. half of Laussane is on hilly terrain. |

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very disappointed about the internet wifi connection, that was well below poor and quite costly. When mentioned to the staff on check out, I had the impression they did not really care. |

good business hotel in the center of the town, clean rooms, new furniture. Nothing missing, but as well no positive surprises. Hotel staff (reception) underdimensioned and not very nice. It took 10min to check out in the morning. |

Hotel was closed at 1.00a.m. It was difficult to find hotel becasue all accent lighted titles were turned off. Towels has not been changed even after getting it dirty. Noise from adjacent room was so loud that it was like you turn on porno movie on TV in own room. According to this price is absolutely unaccessible. |
