central location

Layout of the bedroom and bathroom, with only a glass panel separating the two did not give any privacy. Staff were moody. The hammam was not a hammam, just a steam cupboard. The fitness facilities were not to standard. The TV remote control was not effective. No air conditioning available until June, and the room was too hot.

Breakfast price is not the same in the confirmation. They charged more. Please kindly confirm the price for the breakfast.

Restaurant was just horrible..so slow service, not so good food.

nice room, good beds, nice toilet/shower/bath tub, very well situated, 5 minutes walk to the railway station, 10 minutes walk to the old city centre, rooms facing to a courtyard with palm trees and ponds, nice hotel lobby, cosy to sit and relax...book over holiday season (cheaper) because hotel is for business people and nobody spends holidays in Lausanne :)

Poor service due to Easter holidays in the lounge of the hotel, waited to be served for quite some time, nobody came

Comfortable with good food

Smoking in the rooms. Very prevalent and one can always smell it. They need to have no smoking rooms frather than say it is non smoking then one wonders why there are ashtrays and matches provided in the room.
