Good location, but it is difficult to find the place. Staff is not well trained. There are severl mistakes on bill. |

Centrally located; staff very helpful. The restaurant was overpriced and full of flies. Actually, this was common among most restaurants in Lausanne. Not sure why there is no bathroom door....pretty much throws privacy out the window. There's room for it. Plaster falling from sink area and above shower. Those are my chief complaints. But all in all, a decent, economical hotel. |

Great location. Buffet quite good and staff very helpfull. A parking is located close by the hotel so easy to park as well. Machines at the gym did not work properly some did not work at all even though great sauna and hotel facilities |

central location Layout of the bedroom and bathroom, with only a glass panel separating the two did not give any privacy. Staff were moody. The hammam was not a hammam, just a steam cupboard. The fitness facilities were not to standard. The TV remote control was not effective. No air conditioning available until June, and the room was too hot. |

Breakfast price is not the same in the confirmation. They charged more. Please kindly confirm the price for the breakfast. Restaurant was just horrible..so slow service, not so good food. |

nice room, good beds, nice toilet/shower/bath tub, very well situated, 5 minutes walk to the railway station, 10 minutes walk to the old city centre, rooms facing to a courtyard with palm trees and ponds, nice hotel lobby, cosy to sit and relax...book over holiday season (cheaper) because hotel is for business people and nobody spends holidays in Lausanne :) Poor service due to Easter holidays in the lounge of the hotel, waited to be served for quite some time, nobody came |
