Splendid breakfast (yoghurt, eggs, fruit, dried fruit, range of cheese and cakes); 2 minutes by walk from the Train Station; Close to the center; Nice street; Tea pot in room; Iron on the floor 1) Opal glass between bedroom and bathroom let pass light when you switch on the light in the bathroom at night. May cause inconviniences.. 2) Between the door to the bathroom and the bedroom there is a space of 0.5cm. 3) Cold room because of weak heating. |

Excellent location close to train station but at the same time very quiet due to the pedestrian zone in front of the hotel. Nice restaurants. Spectacular view on the city and lake from my room on the 6th floor (normal room, not a suite). Nice functiponal design. Very large room - nice. (Stayed in room 708) The corridors are not very clean - however it is possible that there where renovations going on. Not sure. |

Fantastic rooms. Very modern hotel. Next to the main train station. Hotel is located on a short steep hill. So getting in and out of the hotel is a steep climb especially when not using a car. But cant blame the hotel. half of Laussane is on hilly terrain. |

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very disappointed about the internet wifi connection, that was well below poor and quite costly. When mentioned to the staff on check out, I had the impression they did not really care. |
