Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Hotel was very hospitable and friendly. The heating in our room was broken and we were moved to another room with no hassle. However, felt that the room we were moved into was not of the same standard of the original room but were still charged the same rate. |

the hotel is charming. The staff is excellent. The food is outstanding. The location perfect, walking distance to the center of Gstaad and two of the three ski mountains of Gstaad. I grew up in Gstaad and I could not recomend a better place to stay if you want to spend an agreable time in Gstaad and get a feel for Gstaad and not just for some of its ritzy visitors. Furthermore the price is umbeatable. The food is also very good. |

Location was a little out of town but fine. It was an easy walk to the certer of activities. We were there clearly in the off season, with a number of the hotels/restaurants in the area closed, yet the rates seemed a little high |

The location is perfect - right next to ski lifts and ski rental shop is at the back. Couple of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was mediocre. Althought the staff were very pleasant and nice, the food options might be given a bit of a review. My room (single) had very old furniture, looked like 100 years old but it was an antique! |

Urige traditionelle Einrichtung Reception nicht besetzt-später kein deutsch/englisch oder franz. sprechendes Personal.Chefin So.abend extrem alkoholisiert(20:30)!00:30 kam ich zurück ins Hotelzimmer -eiskalt bis morgens 6:30 war die Heizung aus!Verzicht auf das Frühstück. |

Das Personal beim Empfang und im Service war sehr freundlich. Das grosse Frühstücksbuffet haben wir sehr geschätzt. Unser Zimmer war in Richtung Parkplatz. Am Morgen war entsprechender Lärm ab 6 Uhr. |

Optimale ruhige Lage. Ideal für Skiferien mit der Familie, weil Kinder-Skilift direkt vor dem Hotel. Von der Gartenterasse geht der Blick direkt in ein Lager mit gestappelten Altpneus. Sehr schade. |
