Hotel Alpin  

Staff very friendly and helpful. When they saw me with my little boy, they immediately prepared a bed for him at no extra charged. My boy had the best sleep in our entire holiday in Europe. Breakfast is very good too. Hotel's free electric car service save us from walking with our big luggage.

Light and airy room of a good size and modern smart bathroom with shower over full sized bath. Beautifully clean. Excellent buffet breakfast with option to fry your own eggs! English speaking proprietor/manager who was extremely helpful. Well situated for the nursery slopes and ski - school meeting place and across the way from the Alpin Express cable car.

Just a little disappointed that the south facing room with balcony that I had requested on my booking form was not available to us despite having phoned the hotel direct, minutes before making the booking with yourselves, to check availability. We were offered a south -facing attic room with a tiny balcony which we declined. As it happened, we only had two sunny days where sitting out in the afternoon would have been possible but if the weather had been better, I would have missed my afternoon in the sun relaxation after ski-ing .

Accueil excellent, Proximité des installations de remontées mécaniques,Petit déjeuner non sophistiqué et très complet,Spa détente de qualité, Organisation sans faille.

La posizione perfetta di fronte alla partenza dell'impianto principale ed all'arrivo della pista. Una cosa non così frequente a Saas fee.

Uno staff ridotto al minimo... con la conseguenza che non c'è un vero servizio bar, al di là di poter ottenere una birra. Nessuno snack, merende, tè pomeridiano, neanche una barretta di cioccolato, neppure nel frogobar.Le valige te le porti tu in camera, e te vai a prendere alla partenza. I servizi di un 3 stelle però ci sono tutti, le camere sono belline e pulite, il wi-fi funziona bene. Insomma c'è efficienza ma senza calore, e per 300chf al giorno per la sola camera qualcosa in più potreste aspettarvelo. Bisogna dire però che è l'hotel più vicino all'alpin express, e forse questo basta per attirare clienti

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Hotelpersonal. Für Kinder gut geeignet. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Persönliche Betreuung des Inhabers.

Die Zimmer sind schlecht isolier. Der Nachbar ist gut zu hören.
