Reception was friendly and informative. Rooms are very dated and walls very thin. On the 2 nights we stayed, there was lots of loud partying until 4 in the morning. Breakfast was poor.

Location and staff were good Smell in room due to shower room matting. Traffic noise. Decor of room was old and dated. (easily fixed!) Cost was high but mainly due to exchange rate with Switzerland being awful.

This is a amazing 100 years old building, very classical and is wonderful to us. Check out time of 10:00am is a little too early for us.

-Quick check in. -room size is fair. -provides Egg for breakfast unlike other 3 star hotels :) -had to pay the whole amount in advance at check in -we ask for double bed and got 2 twin beds pushed together -the linens& towels were tatter & mix of different colors& patterns not a hotel style accommodation at all. -tub drain almost blocked. -walls do not isolate sounds. -hotel's door was closed about 10 clock at evening. -micro TV with only local channels. -did not provide iron, it seemed like ironing is prohibited.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good, 15min walk to the casino and free bus service for those who don't want to walk. The rooms could be refurbished, the wallpapers were a bit out dated. The hotels in Switzerland are generaly overpriced, there is no exception with the Alpina. I slept in 4* for less than that in other countries. I would recommend it but not for this price.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. And hotel staff is very helpful and give us very good advice for where to play and to see. We had great time stay there with my kids. The breakfast is good, too.

The cheapest hotel we could find in the Interlaken area. Still expensive for an old hotel that hasn't been properly renovated in a while, and isn't close to Interlaken (in terms of walking distance). At least the hotel stay includes free bus use to get to Interlaken and the Wilderswil railway station.

The Hotel is on bus route of 2 busses and has access to all 3 railway stations in interlaken and we were given local bus passes for our stay. The best thing about the hotel was its ever so helpful staff. It is a family run hotel and the guy at the reception was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful and courteous. The hotel prices were pretty reasonable as compared to other hotels in the region. The rooms were neat and tidy.On the whole , it was a enjoyable experience staying in this hotel

La cortesia della direttrice dell'hotel. La camera modesta e antiquata con necessità di una sostanziale manutenzione. Bagno assolutamente inaccettabile sia per le dimensioni che per gli accessori (simile al servizio di una roulotte). Inoltre straordinariamente maleodorante a causa del pavimento in gomma che fungeva anche da scarico della doccia.

Hôtel au calme tout en étant tout près du centre ; buffet petit-déjeuner copieux dans une belle salle à manger Prestations indignes pour le tarif (chambres désuètes, salle d'eau indigente) et paiement (3 nuits réservées) exigé à l'arrivée ! les choses se sont un peu améliorées en réclamant (pas de shampoing-gel douche, un seul siège sur le balcon pour une chambre double ...)

Vriendelijke mensen, na weigering van de kamer, meteen andere gekregen. Na eerste kamer geweigerd te hebben, zeer klein, zeer oud, met een badkamer zo groot als een gehandicapten-toilet!! 2e kamer ietsje ruimer, maar voor de betaalde prijs 390 euro voor 2 nachten, schandalig!! Ontbijt was minimaal.

Ne se situe pas à Interlaken même, prendre bus ou voiture pour s'y rendre. Bruyant, sans confort, trop cher par rapport à tout ça.

Personale molto cortese, ben informato e disponibile ad aiutarti se hai bisogno di info sulle cose da vedere; vicinanza al centro a piedi (10-15 min); colazione buona Mancanza di tapparelle e/o di tende scure alle finestre; la pulizia camera e bagno poteva essere un po' più approdondita
