Understanding that the hotel is probably used more by hikers and/or skiers it is understandable to see why it is on your list of recomended hotels. Other than that, it is probably one of the most if not the most over priced hotel room . I have stayed in in my entire life. Should not be catergorized as a hotel but perhaps more like a hostel type property.

Lovely, helpful owner. Gave us good maps and bus tickets when we arrived to help us get around and find things. Good location and good breakfast. Close to a great Irish Pub for great dinner deals and meals.

Friendly and intimate hotel. Very reasonanably priced for its location. Good location - a comfortable 15 min walk from the centre of Interlaken so convenient for evenings out as well as access to transport and services in daytime (guest pass also gives free access to local busses). Good quality buffet breakfast. Great views from outside (and some rooms), including the Jungfrau.

Noisy (at least on our floor - the 2nd) from 6am every morning with staff opening cupboards and organising lineb and towels for the morning room services.

The rooms are cleaned. They have a lovely breakfast room and breakfast was good. Value for money. It's a little away from the train station but you can hop onto a bus easily to and fro, however the set back is the bus stopped its service quite early in the evening. So when we came back from the mountains at about sevenish and after dinner around the station, there were no more bus plying back to the hotel. But we had a pleasant 25 min walk back tho.

There was an odd smell in the room, almost like glue that seemed to get worse when you turned the fan on in the bathroom. The bathroom appeared to be an afterthought-and perhaps it was new so that would explain the smell.

Well the Hotel is located at walking distance from the rail station so it's convenient to travel back late nights to the hotel. The amenities provided by the hotel is also good.

The room phone was not working and the hotel staff promised that it would be fixed the next day but it wasn'T. Our hotel room did not have a cupboard to keep our clothes and belongings but a similar room that my friend booked had. When we pay the same price for similar rooms why the difference in facilities provided.

The stuff is very very friendly, the room is clean and quiet, the bus stop just out the door close to the wildswill station which can take you to grindwald Free wifi

No supermarket close breakfast not to much diversified

The room where we stayed was nice,big and well maintained. Beds, curtains were also very good. View from the balcony was awesome.

Toilets are too small and breakfast too not that great

Rooms were shabby and run down, but good value for money, so it depends on your priority

Die Hotel Famililie ist sehr Gastfreundlich und unkompliziert.

Das Zimmer ist sehr alt, die Dusche improvisiert. Für 3 mal billiger bekommen wir in Bayern (DE) 3 mal bessere Zimmer (aus eigene und langjahrige Erfahrung).

Meine Mutter hat das Handy im Zimmer vergessen, was uns freundlicherweise kostenlos Zurückversandt wurde. Zwar erst zwei Wochen später.Trotzdem Danke

Es war eine Katastrophe. Ich war schon in Sri Lanka, England, Maledives, Mallorca usw. aber so etwas erlebt man nur in der Schweiz, echt traurig. Als wir schlafen wollten, fing eine Maus an zu knabbern, die wir sofort suchten,bis wir feststellten, dass sie in der Wand war. Die Zimmer waren mega alt und ausgestattet mit mehreren Teppichen übereinander um Flecken zu verbergen, sehr Hygienisch.Auf der Toilette durfte man nicht zu gross sein, sonst hatten die Beine keinen Platz. Die Wände waren voller "Schlirgen", keine Ahnung von was allem, will ich auch gar nicht wissen. Eigentlich wollten wir sofort wieder gehen, jetzt bereue ich das wir es nicht gemacht haben. Ein Dreibettzimmer für 180.00sfr runtergesetzt, Normalpreis 200.00sfr, ist einfach eine Frechheit. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Creo que el hotel y el personal, necesitan una remodelacion. El personal concretamente un poco de atencin. Soy celiaco y cuando pedi si podian tostarme un poco el pan, que yo traia, pusieron todos los incon venientes, finalmente con un micro onas que vi, lo solucionamos.

Die gute Lage und der freundliche Service

L'adresse est indiquée à Interlaken. Le GPS n'a pas trouvé car l'hôtel est situé à Matten. Il serait bon de rectifier ?

The location is quite good than I expected, it just take 4 stops from Interlaken W or wildswil station to Hotel. I stayed triple room with my parents, the room size was enough for 3 people. There was small supermarket(coop) we can buy something like sandwich and drink near Hotel. 호텔에서 기차역까지 4정거장정도로 생각보다 접근성이 좋았다. 3인실을 예약했는데 크가가 생각보다 넓어 편했다. 근처에 슈퍼가 있어 먹을거리를 사와서 간단히 끼니를 때울 수 있었다.

I was disappointed Hotel manager. We could not drink any coffee and tea in our room because there was no kettle, but Hotel says we can get hot water at restaurant, ground floor. My father felt cold and wanted to drink hot water, so I asked Hotel manager to get hot water. However she answered very unfriendly she can not give that because she was busy thanks to dinner time. I was so embarrassed and felt she ignored me(for indescribable reason...). I was quite upset, uncomfortable for staying there. 호텔 매니저가 실망스러웠다. 방 안에 전기포트가 없어서 차나 커피를 마실 수 없었는데 호텔 1층 레스토랑에서 얻을 수 있다고 했다. 부모님께서 몸이 추워지셔서 차를 마시고 싶다고 하셔서 레스토랑가서 물었는데 저녁시간이라 바쁘다며 줄 수 없다고 했다. 그것도 친절하게 말하지 않았다. 매우 당황스러웠다. 무시하는 듯했다. 내가 항의하자 30분 기다리라고 했다. 그러나 기분이 이미 나빠져 기다리지않았다. 그것때문에 호텔에 있는 2일 내내 언짢았다.
