Il ristorante con un cibo di ottima qualità. Il fascino dell'albergo e la posizione sulla riva del reno. Colazione poco varia: solo pane, cereali, marmellata e cibo salato. No croissants, yogurt, frutta ecc.

Mooie ligging aan de Rijn. Kamer en ontbijtbuffet sober in relatie tot de prijs. Hoewel het hotel op Duits grondgebied ligt, enklave in Zwitserland, worden er zwitserse prijzen gerekend. De a la Carte gerechten, kwalitatief goed, en dranken zijn zeer duur. Geen enkele verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, ausgesprochen sauber geführtes Hotel. Das Frühstück war saisonal, sehr reichhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität (Stoffservietten, Tageszeitung, regionale und frische Produkte) und die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Weinkarte ist sorgfältig gestaltet und beinhaltet verschiedene hochkarätige und regionale Weine. Die Menükarte ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Einzigartige Umgebung, sehr geeignet für Kurzurlaube in der Region. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Es hat ganz offensichtlich zu wenig Personal (Kunden mussten sehr lange an der Rezeption warten); das Personal muss mehr Rücksicht auf die Gäste im Speisesaal nehmen (die Küche war verhältnismässig viel zu laut, ebenso die Gespräche mit den Kunden im Speisesaal) - dies sind jedoch Details, die den Aufenthalt kaum zu trüben vermochten.

Die wunderschönen Zimmer haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles ist stilgerecht gehalten und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Kein Schnickschnack, sondern einfach und stilvoll. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, direkt am Rhein im wunderschönen Kastaniengarten den Apero zu nehmen und dann im Restaurant zu essen, ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Man sitzt direkt am Rhein, mit Blick auf den Fluss und die natürlichen Ufer.

Verblijf in een schitterende omgeving waar Gastvrijheid met een hoofdletter geschreven wordt. Bij controle, nadat we vertrokken waren, bleken er enkele items onterecht in rekening gebracht te zijn. Bij terugkomst werd alles direct gecorrigeerd en terugbetaald.

La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent. Le cadre est magnifique. L'endroit est convivial, chaleureux et calme. C'est un détail, mais facturer une bouteille d'eau minérale est un peu exagéré, elle pourrait être comprise dans le prix.

-Le cadre, -la proximité de Schaffhouse en transports publics -La lenteur excessive du service au restaurant, -l'absence de personnel à la réception, -chambres sur la route => très bruyant même la nuit, - chambres sous le toit => très très chaud attention : booking devrait informer ses clients que la photo de la chambre sur son site ne correspond absolument pas a la chambre attribuee a ses clients !!!

La situation directe au bord du Rhin. Magnifique endroit, très calme. Nous avons également dîné sur place le samedi soir et le repas était divin accompagné d'un excellent Riesling ainsi que d'un Pinot Noir de la région.A recommander. Sympathique terrasse au bord de l'eau, très romantique.

La chambre était vraiment spacieuse et la literie confortable. Dommage que la chambre donne sur le parking et non sur le Rhin alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique.

da ich schwanger bin und mein Zimmer im ersten Stock lag, musste ich erst einen Mitarbeiter fragen, ob er mir die Koffer bis dorthin trägt, da der Lift leider Ausser Betrieb war. Bei der Abreise jedoch war der einzige Mitarbeiter so beschäftigt mit Frühstückmachen und Abrechnung tätigen, dass weder er noch ein Gast mir halfen und ich somit die riesig lange Treppe meine Koffer im 8. Monat selber runter tragen musste. Was zum Schluß eher ein Wehrmutstropfen war. Bis dahin war Alles Perfekt.

Die ausgesprochen freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen. Die sehr gute Ausstattung, das gute Essen. Das Zimmer selbst ist -Baubedingt-recht klein (gilt nicht für das Badezimmer, das ist super!) Ameisten missfiel mir der Frankenkurs, aber das ist natürlich nicht Schul des Hotels!
