There was a quite good room, we got all we needed. Hotel is very optimal located between old part of Zurich and lakeside. May be breakfast was too simple. |

As we were a large party over for the ironman competition, I couldnt have asked for a better reception. The staff were so accomodating, going as far as making cheese sandwiches after the ironman when all the local restaurants were closed so the athletes did not have to walk far. They accomodating bulky sporting equipment and prepared an extra early breakfast for the athletes on the day. It was a fairly hot weekend and we had to sleep with our windows open which kept a lot of people awake with the noise from the passing revellers through the night. Top hotel - cant fault it!!! |

Good location, interesting area of Zurich. Staff very friendly. Very smart rooms, great decor. Can get hot when windows have to be shut. Bathroom amenities too basic and not in line with the standard of the hotel. |

Привлекло месторасположение в пешеходном центре. Все достопримечательности на расстоянии короткой прогулки. Комрата оснащена всем необходимым для короткой остановки. Номер не маленький. Жили в номере с окнами во внутренний двор (сами заказали такой во избежание шума ночью). Подтверждаю, что ночью было тихо. |

Pitouresque beliggenhet i Zürichs middelalderdel. God standard. Behagelig frokostrom og god frokost. Perfekt beligghenhet for å oppleve Zürich. Det ville absolutt vært ønskelig med airconditioning. Det kan komme endel støy fra gaten utenfor hotellet gjennom kvelden og natten samtidig som det blir for varmt hvis man lukker vinduene mot støyen. |

Jag tycker att följande punkter värderar hotellet: läget, renlighet, modernt uppgraderat, trevlig personal Hissen fungerade si och så. Frukost serverades för sent då jag hade en tidig flight. |

Der Standort des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Der Standard und die Ausstattung ist gerechnet auf den wirklich zu hohen Preis nicht angemessen. Nach deutschem Standard ordne ich dieses Hotel einem 2-3 * Hotel zu. Standardfrühstück. Wenig Wahlmöglichkeiten in Bezug auf Marmelade, Säften und Frühstück-Services. Der Kaffeeautomat ist nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich. |

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch dass es einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen gibt, ist sehr angenehm. |
