No Tea and Coffee facilities in Room

I thought thier facility for the pool and sauna they offer was fantasticthey are located directly behind the train station which is great for travel

I stayed in the holtel two nights and have nothing bad to say

Easy to find, short walk from the train station. Friendly helpful staff. Accomdating in the off season. Nice sized rooms, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was more than enough room for our family of 5.

Friendly staff, sumptuous breakfast, proximity to train station and pick up points for excursions

Spacious rooms, lovely spa facilities, friendly staff and excellent location next to the station and also Gonnergrad train up the mountain.

The staff, esecially Bea (front desk), Zora (front desk), Dragana(lounge) & Willy (Piano player). These individuals were exceptional, with superb people skills. My room was on the top floor and I had an excellent view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area and places of interest. An easy stroll to restaurants and entertainment. Upon my departure, it had snowed heavily that night and the next morning it was still snowing. The train station is close but nevertheless, Bea had arranged for free transportation from the hotel, which was a very nice touch. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and the travel people who helped me with my booking in Zurich.

It may need some remodelling but I have nothing adverse to say. I would return to this hotel if I ever visit Zermatt in the future.

Service was friendly and the lounge area very stylish yet warm. The rooms were a good size, though quite simply decorated- typical Ski style

The room wasn't cleaned until quite late in the afternoon. However, after we informed the desk, this was quickly rectified. We were there at New Year's so the price was quite extravagant for the room.

Ambassador was a good value. Close to train station and bus route to the mountain in the morning. Walking distance to all the bars and restaruants. Ski rentals available on property. Breakfast package was a great value. Rooms were spacious and bathroom showers were nice. Beautiful view from room. Free internet service (WiFi)

The king size bed was to twins pushed together with a gap between the two beds. Bar was a little bit boring / stale.

Great location: easy walk to the station and ski bus, restaurants and bars. Good free wifi coverage.

For a 4* hotel at over CHF 500 per night, the room was old-fashioned and tired (brown flower tiles in the bathroom, disused kitchenette area). This is a big hotel that markets its spa - but the sauna is no where near big enough for the number of rooms.

We liked the swimming pool, comfy rooms. Was very family friendly and the staff was extremly helpful.

I made a reservation at the ambassador for one night then med a separate o One night earlier and got a confirmation of booking. When we arrived they had not received our booking and we had no room. It is apparent that booking.com did not reserve the earlier night. The hotel was gracious enough to help us find a room at the hotel Miraboux. It was a far finer hotel with both service and accommodations. And the food was exceptional.

отель хороший. отличное расположение относительно центра города и ж/д вокзала. удобное размещение для семьи/компании. отличный бассейн, сауна. прекрассный вид из окон. удобно оснащена кухня и все составляющие, ничего не надо покупать, есть вся посуда и все необходимое для приготовления пищи. также хороший ресторан. в номерах тепло, чисто, уютно. великолепные балконы с видом на умопомрачительные горы.

L'hotel est bien placé, la vue est agréable, le personnel prévenant et aimable, la piscine est très bien

La chambre est vraiment vieille et indigne du prix et de Zermatt. Le mobilier est très vieux, pas fonctionnel et la moquette élimée

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren aber sehr bequem.

Le SPA (récent) L'excellente cuisine, menu du soir. L'ambiance "famille" assez décontractée.

L'hôtel est en partie rénové. Il manque encore un petit effort, les sols (restaurant) moquettes dans les chambres, meubles chambres, tout cela est un peu vieillot.

Bon service en general, transfert a l'hotel, piscine et sauna modernes, reception renovee

Chambres TRES vieilles, il est grand temps de renover (comme la reception) Pas a la hauteur du prix paye !!
